Ok so I am a little over halfway on this cycle of a 12 SARMS which is as follows. Start date was 4 January 210 lbs with about 21.9% BF. I will

Test Cyp (phurious) 200-250/wk
A-bombs from phurious weeks 1-4 50 mg/day split morning and night (gained 18 lbs) in those 4 weeks
Proviron from Hipo
Aromasin from Biotech

Currently at 215 lbs (this morning upon waking)

No disclaimer or anything but my diet has not been on point since 6 days after starting I was sent on the road with no kitchen or grill, so i struggled a bit especially with the sodium from eating on the road. Gone a month, home for 4 days, out again for 2 weeks, home for a week now and will leave again Sunday for 3 weeks or so.

I cannot say honestly that I have been completely happy with this cycle I love the SARMs and the all the other compounds have done exactly what they were and are supposed to do its mainly because of the travel and limited diet. Has anyone else ever been kinda put off on cycle? I mean i know my strength is increasing and i feel like maybe i have lost some fat but the real deal will be Thursday when i do another Inbody fat scan and see if i have lost or gained BF. I suspect maybe i have but im not sure. I am starting to cut now for the next 6 weeks or so ECA stack and caloric deficit. So we shall see. Just got my results from bloods i will post now and hear the comments but i can tell you i am happy about my test levels!!!!!! Thanks Phurious

Your liver values are a tad high but not bad at all for just running Anadrol... To be honest

You need to be really careful with an ECA stack... It's about the worst thing you can take that will affect your prostate. Especially if you're over 40...I'd never chance it

You are 22% body fat and you started a Test-Anadrol cycle?????
AND your diet isn't "on point" either????

Honestly no one should do gear unless 10% at least
 
I did a cycle at 19% once ended at 11%. BF and shred the guideline is there but commitment can be q wavering factor but considering your on the road a lot bro I dunno
 
I think it also depends on the kind of bf we are talking about. Like i can take a break go up to 15% bf and still have a six pack. Some people hold the bf diff. Its only a number. But ofcourse the point is if u r 25% bf have the ability to eat strict and lift right with a well thought out cycle there is no reason it cant be done. Should you? No because most people dont have the dedication to stick to it. Will they? Yes. Because everyone makes their own decision.

The OP is going about things the right way by getting blood work and constantly making improvements. Did he jumped the gun with the Anadrol? I think so but he's a grown man. Just work on your your bf%... You're getting there my man.

Also ... I'd like to mention that there are hundreds of power lifters and strong man competitors that are over 20% juiced to the core so yea take that guideline with a grain of salt if your a EXPERIENCED user newbies that have no idea wtf is going on yea 10-15% and over 25 should be the standard
