ya you know I always messed around talking about a boner in the gym I had no doubt that it was good just actually tried it the last couple of days since I aint got the ol lady around in seattle to beat that thang up I might as well use it for something useful. lol

ya snap fitness I have a membership that is nationwide they happen to have one here, I also have the option of the numerous navy bases gyms as well. not sure if they are 24 hours or not have to check it out. but snap is about 15 mins from where my hotel is and it will do.
 
definitely a top priority when traveling to be close to a gym and not miss any days off, the other priority is diet, so I stock up on tuna boiled eggs almonds protein etc to have in the room more than likely it will be teriyaki chicken most nights although last night I had a buffalo chicken samich at hooters for the Alabama game. btw ROLL MOTHER FUCKING TIDE!!!!!!

Traveling is tough, and not so much because of no gym access, but the eating. Restaurants and food places put so much damn sodium in stuff. You can go to up scale restaurant in Seattle and think it's healthy and look up the ingredients and the sodium is always ridiculous. Not just seatown, but everywhere.
 
yeah I know it is tough and hopefully temporary but we shall see. I was on a roll at the house cooking all weekend for the week but I did pick up some steameable veggies in the microwave brussel sprouts and broccoli we shall see how creative I can get I was hoping to be at the AF base and get a studio with a full kitchen but it would involve too much driving out to the islands and what not
 
Day 10 Cardio and Back. 20 minute cardio on elliptical to warm up and burn some fatness. Bent over barbell rows, Pulldowns, Close grip seated rows, close grip standing rows, Back extensions, Pull ups, Bent over dumbbell rows. Incredible pump when I left the gym I thought I may have to pull over from a muscle spasm in my lower back OMG. Vascularity is continuing to be pronounced I had a vein in my head that popped out that I have never seen in my life!! I was thinking I hope im not stroking out!! Felt good throughout the workout could have done more but had to get back and get ready for work.

The shit is def kicking in

Make sure you are taking progress pics to track yourself bro. It's always good to do that so you can see in perspective where you've come from
 
I pinned 1cc of phurious test cyp last night in my glute for pin number 3 I believe no pain today so it is sooth as butta!!!

Day 10 Cardio and Abs
the normal 20 mins wasn't enuff so I did 30 minutes while listening to motivation from CT mutha phuckin Fletcher!!!! i will work up to 1 hour of cardio atleast 3 days a week. Once again I feel great I feel as the sarms gw and sr are kicking into full flow now. I also think the a bombs are kicking in as well. Definitely feel tighter pretty much all over and the vein in my head was back for a visit today I fucking love it!!!
 
I would also like to add that my wife is on the triple stack sarms as well while I am running this and I popped her with some test cyp from biotech last week!! before I knew I was leaving to Seattle (FML). She is also a lot more motivated than last time she ran the cycle, and says she is noticing a change in her body already on Day 10 her cardio is increasing and she hasn't missed a gym session since I have left now mind you that she isn't a gym rat she has never lifted until last year but she didn't know what she was doing so I have taught her a few things printed out some workouts for her she was always hesitant about lifting weights without me now she is killing it, and is horny as hell and I just wish my dick was that long but unfortunately it isn't, so im not sure If I can wait til valentines day for my conjugal visit. we shall see a plane ticket may be in the works.
