Day 10 Cardio and Back. 20 minute cardio on elliptical to warm up and burn some fatness. Bent over barbell rows, Pulldowns, Close grip seated rows, close grip standing rows, Back extensions, Pull ups, Bent over dumbbell rows. Incredible pump when I left the gym I thought I may have to pull over from a muscle spasm in my lower back OMG. Vascularity is continuing to be pronounced I had a vein in my head that popped out that I have never seen in my life!! I was thinking I hope im not stroking out!! Felt good throughout the workout could have done more but had to get back and get ready for work.
