Today wrapped up day 6 of my sarms adventure...

I had a great back workout tonight that I actually just got BACK from <---see what I did there lol...anyways...all around I just felt wonderful. Came out of the gym with that natural high feeling.

The workout was as follows..

Back extensions with just bodyweight/4 sets/20 reps

Machine back flyes/75lbs/4 sets/12 reps

Back flyes with resistance band wrapped around squat rack/4 sets/12 reps <-----I love doing these because of the great ability to control the negative. It just feels awesome...

One arm dumbbell row/45lbs/4 sets/12 reps

Straight arm pulldown/75lbs/4 sets/12 reps

Seated cable row/75lbs/4 set/12 reps

No those are not max lifts for me in any way for anybody wondering.

I finished off with 20 mins of HIIT... :)

At less than a week in, you are doing great. However, the real fun hasn't even started yet. I'm sure you will really be enjoying the results before long

lol I appreciate that bro! I'll keep the updates coming...I have arms tonight and abs. Last night was shoulders and I had a great time. I would like to say I am starting to have some slight vision sides from the s4. It's nothing troublesome enough for me to need a change in the way I'm running it. I notice a slight yellow tint at night like I knew I might from reading about sarms. I notice it when going from dark to light or when I'm driving...lights from cars have a yellow tint. I kinda like it :lol:

Today is day 11.... I had arms last night and I am noticing a definite higher level of hardness to my muscles. We all know our own bodies and I'm 100% about this. I did 25 mins of HIIT cardio after and as has been the case lately.... endurance is on point. As I noted in an earlier post I am having a yellow tint to my eye sight but nothing that is a problem. I can't say I notice any difficulty adjusting to the dark or anything like that...just a yellow tint. For now I will continue to post updates as to how I feel but at some point I will post stats again to document any changes I've experienced. Tonight is legs and abs and I can't wait!

Today is day 15 of my sarms run. I had a schedule mix up but anyways back workout ended up being last night. It was a weird session to be honest or I should say leading up to it. It was one of those days where I felt like I wasn't going to have a good workout and then ended up having an incredible one. I really focused on getting a good contraction on each rep and then really controlled the negative portion of it. I had a massive back pump going on and I usually don't have a big pump when doing back. Back workout was the same as the one I listed a few days ago except also added in and finished off with bent over barbell row drop set. Currently while on this cut I can't say I'm losing strength, I actually feel stronger in certain lifts. I'm actually really happy typing this because it was just one of those workouts where you feel so good during and after and it seems to carry on with you the next day. I'm really looking forward to hitting shoulders tonight and cardio after. Speaking of cardio endurance has been through the roof lately. I feel like I could go on forever it's a wonderful thing. I also have abs tonight after shoulders, anybody got any good movements they like doing? Oh and vision sides are still the same no worse than before. I have the yellow tint that I notice the most when looking at car lights at night and a short period of adjustment when going from light to a dark area.

You will find it very common while using sarms that days you would expect to not have it, they turn out to be your best workout of the week... that's the beauty of sarms my friend... they allow you to do so much more... very nice work...

shoulders are my specialty area.. i have movements that most would have never seen... i need to do a video sometime on these so you can see because it's very difficult to explain otherwise...

I'm happy to hear everything is going so well brother! Very nice update and progress on your cut. If you are maintaining your strength and even getting stronger on some lifts, while in a defecit, that speaks volumes on your results. I'm glad you are enjoying the GW with your cardio as well. I've taken my cardio to a whole new level with the PE GW I'm currently on, so I know what you mean. I'm doing higher speeds and levels on all of my different cardio exercises, which is bitter than I've EVER done....all while on Tren!!

Alright guys sorry for the lack of updates the last few days had some stuff I had to get under control.
Soo tonight was chest night and the workout was great. I actually went to the gym stressed because of some life drama going on and I also dropped my phone right before going to the gym and cracked the shit out of the screen. :| Needless to say I went in and told myself I was going to mentally remind myself to use this chest session as a way to let off some steam and stress and I did just that.

I started off with 4 sets of dumbbell bench press with 35lbs x 15 reps just to warm up and get the blood flowing, then did the following.

Dumbbell bench press 70lbs 4x12
Dumbbell fly 35lbs 4x12
Dumbbell pullover 45lbs 4x12
Bench press with olympic bar 220lbs 4x8
Cable Crossover 45lbs 4x12
Butterfly 170lbs 4x12
Pushups 6x20
Finished off with 20 mins of steady cardio.

Overall I had a great workout and got rid of some stress for sure. Vision sides are still the same and have not gotten any worse than when I first noticed them. I also should say that endurance is still incredible. Not just with cardio but my rest between sets has been greatly diminished, which I actually like because I like to keep the heart rate up when lifting. Tomorrow is back and abs.. :cool:

Nice update. Nothing like blowing off stream at the gym. I try to release all my stress and aggression from the day at the gym, it's very therapeutic. Life always throws curve balls you just have to keep swinging. Keep up the good work.
