Diet today is a shake this morning, 1/2 cup oats, some oranges, cucumber salad, lean ground beef and cous cous, A small salad, braised chicken with broccoli and cous cous

Im all for your opinion man, how about this. I go delete the back and forth between us, and you just sum up your opinion in one post, and then from there on out molnar gets his thread how he wants it.
 
So im about 6 weeks into my prep for my first show in may. I started at about 5'9 182 and 9-10%. Currently at 188 and 8.5%. Still 5'9". Cycle is light for now but ill be adding compounds later on.

Test prop/tne 150 eod
Nandro x 175 eod
Trne/tne 50/50 ed pwo

Adding tren ace 10 weeks out. Dropping nandro x
Mast prop 12 weeks out
Proviron 12 weeks out
winstrol to finish last 5 weeks

Running masin 12.5 eod
Gonna run letro 1 week out to dry out

Calories are at 2700 macros 35/45/20. I usually never do cardio so ive started slow.. 15-25 min a day. My job is physically demanding and im extremely active there. Im leaning out already so if its not broke im not fixing it.

This is where im at right now. Planning on classic physique. Would like to put on another 3 pounds of lbm this run... mostly in the legs and upper chest. Looking forward to this![/QUOT

This is fine. Voice your opinion all you want wherever you want. Its just childish as fuck that you feel the need to bring it into a thread that is in no way a promotion for phurious. Its a personal log. So other than coming in and adding nothing to the log, advice or opinions about the LOG... can you keep the outside discussion to another thread? Start another one. Start 100 more. Shit... start a website. Im just askibg kindly that you dont so it here. I shouldnt have to look through this and be bombarded with negativity that is unrelated to me or my prep and neither should anyone else.

Looking lean man, and there is still time till May. With the warm season comming a lot of us cutting, I'm gathering all the advice and info I can. Will be following this for sure.
 
Feeling good fam. Hit chest today. Crazy pumps. Definitely feeling the drop in cals though. Weaker today and just overall tired. Cardio sucks. I most definitely do not enjoy it.

But once I start seeing results ill fall in love with it

The meals get tougher as it gets closer im feeling it too. Im about 2700 also and next months it will get lowered even more
