Well since the issues with my liver I dropped everything but 250/wk of test e (which I never keep that low) and 100mg of proviron ed with aromasin eod or as needed. I started carb cycling heavy and started implementing insulin on my mid and peak carb days which fall on leg and back day. Hitting legs twice weekly, a volume and a heavy squat day and really focusing on back thickness now. Getting a 7 point caliper test this morning so ill post up results for that later on today.
 
Now im aware of the dangers of insulin. Im aware of the precautions I need to take. I may catch grief for mentioning it here but with the proper knowledge, diet and utilization ive found what I see to be a very effective and assertive way to make gains for myself. In no way am I advising people to do it for themselves. It is dangerous. I read and researched and was coached through how to use insulin safely for a few months before I even considered buying it, which took me another month or so to do as well. Just fogured id throw that out there as well
 
I woulds guessed around 9% bf but apparently im much lower than I thought. Good news today

Wow, that's pretty impressive bro. I'm not a big advocate of insulin at all, but obviously it's the most anabolic compound in existence so it works and works well when used correctly.

And the fact that you really are the using any other gear other than cruising shows its power with the right diet

What numbers are you hitting with your carbs and how are you structuring that with your insulin dose? If you'd like to pm me with some more detailed info, I'd appreciate it. I'm genuinely curious. Always looking to learn, and insulin use with the right carb loads is not something I'm real familiar with

Yeah buddy. Its working for me. I can only imagine the results would be that much more drastic if I were running other compounds but I like the idea of test only for now at an aggressive cruise dose.... will probably lower it to 150-200 in a few weeks. Im done with the insulin for now as well but will conitinue the carb cycling
 
Taken on friday. Not really trying to stay lean anymore. Gonna take these next few months to bulk and actually run a powerlifting program for size... essentially a 5x5 protocol. Still cruising for now.

Thanks my dude. Switching it up a bit. Ive been making gains and staying lean, but lately ive been chasing PRs so gotta get those numbers up.
