Powerlifting cycle log

So diet and estrogen control to keep dry on Anadrol. Think the Aromasin, GW, and Tren will be enough along with the diet (which is on point it's just too much to write out) or do you think I should have some letro on hand?

That should be plenty in my opinion. Proper aromasin dose and diet control should keep you dry

Last week was pretty simple. Squat was 415 bar weight plus 240 in chains at the top for 4 sets of 2. Then some band over load deadlifts for 6 sets of 1 then shut it down. Bench was 435 close grip to a 1 board for 4 sets of 2. Then super wide grip bench with 315 for 4 sets of 10. Then some over head presses and rows for the lats and shut it down. The REALLY heavy stuff starts this coming weekend and the Tren starts with my first pin tomorrow! Still feeling really good, joints have held up well to the moderate/heavy weight and higher volume. Now time to drop the volume and up the intensity with some real weight!

Not necessarily. It added fullness on me but I stayed the same exact weight and got leaner/drier

Crazy how everyone responds different to different things. I gain 12lbs on it but all the weight remained intracellular giving me a densed full and thick look...god how I love Anadrol too bad it wrecks cholesterol and increases liver enzymes
 
I've decided to go with Anadrol. It sounds like it will be my best shot at strength and still keeping my weight where it is. With that said... Who has the best Anadrol? Lol
 
Started the Tren this week and so far so good except for my second pin. I pinned my quads and that Tren cough got me! I knew what was going on as soon as I felt that tickle in my throat and prepared myself for what was about to happen. Mrs BigScuds was not too thrilled, hahaha. incidentally, I've discovered a new ab exercise for myself haha
 
Seven weeks out! Weights are moving fast, and steadily climbing. The Tren is treating me very well so far, night sweats are a thing, but not much sleeplessness to speak of so that's a good thing. I start the Anadrol on Monday and I can't wait! Yesterday I did some heavy box squats with chains hanging off the bar. 585 on the bar plus 240 in chains at the top for sets of 2. I really like these for overloading the lift and getting your mind used to feeling heavier weight but you're still able to move it. My bench has still been a lot of close grip work to build up my triceps more. My pecs, lats and delts are strong enough to press almost anything half way up but getting my tris to finish the lift has always been a challenge for me. At over 6'3" having such long arms makes bench very troublesome at the lockout. Overall, I'm really happy with my progress so far and how I'm feeling and how my body is reacting. Thanks to everyone here who's been watching, supporting, and offering advice through this!

No matter what you're eating,I'm sure some of these guys could tweak your diet to your maximum performance.It could only be beneficial for to you to post it.

Tren and I are turning out to be very good friends. I've set my opening weights for both squat and bench and will establish my deadlift opener next weekend. Squat opener is set at 700 and bench opener is set at 585. Yes, my bench opener is a 25lb PR! A week and a half into BGS anadrol 50mg/day and my weight is holding at 298 so I have ten pounds to grow if I want to. Someone requested I post my diet and I haven't forgotten that, will work on posting that this evening. Overall very pleased with how this cycle is shaking out!
 
Three weeks out and everything is shaping up very nicely. Squat training is done now after last week, I hit my opener and projected second attempt.. Now I just do light squats at 50-60% of my max for low reps until the meet. Today I have to do the same with deadlifts- opener and second attempt, then my deadlift training will be done. Sunday is the same with bench then that will be done too and I'll coast right into the meet. Overall I'm feeling great! Joints feel really good, no aches in my tendons which is a very good thing. Body weight is holding steady at 302lbs (yes I finally broke 300lbs!!) my coach is happy with how everything has progressed and we're already talking about goals for my next meet in November, lol!
 
Four days out!!! Dropped the Anadrol and started the Halo at 20mg a day and I'll up that to 40mg the day of the meet. Body weight still holding steady at 300lbs so there's no need to cut weight (thank God!) I've got some BGS TNE/TRNE 50/50 that I'm saving for the day of the meet. I'll take 3ccs about a half hour before I start warming up for each lift. I feel great, and I can't wait to get on that platform!
 
I loved his tri-blend but I don't need the Anadrol the day of the meet so I went with the 50/50. I also have some injectable ATP that I could use the day of
