Powerlifting cycle log

Sorry for not updating, guys. I only got to do my accessory days last week as I spent the weekend handling Mrs BigScuds at her powerlifting meet. She didn't do as well as she hoped but still walked away with PRs with an easy 410 squat, 240 bench, and 475 dead for an 1125 raw total at 198. My training ramps back up this weekend, kinda felt good to take the weekend off the heavy stuff and give the joint a deload. Tonight is bench accessories and I'm test driving IWGFs tri-blend. I'll keep you posted.

That tri blend is absolute FIRE! Never taken no ester test or Tren.. Or injectable anadrol for that matter, but they're going to be staples in my cycles and programming from now on!
 
Training this weekend went very well! Saturday was max effort squat and deadlift. For squats, I worked up to four sets of two with 375 on the bar plus 240lbs in chains that would completely deload at the bottom of the squat and be fully off the ground at the top making the total weight at the top of the squat 615lbs. And it was very easy! After that, block pulls with 500 for two sets of five. Then some stiff leg deads for the hamstrings and abs. Sunday was max effort bench and I worked up to two sets of two with 425 with a close grip. And again it felt light. Then 275 for 10 and 225 for 20. Then floor presses with 225 bar weight plus 160 in chains for three sets of five. Then pressdowns for tris and wide grip pull ups for lats.

I'm feeling really good with how the weights are moving right now. The weights are about to get heavy in the next couple weeks and I've thought about starting the Tren a couple weeks earlier. I was originally supposed to start it 6 weeks out. But now that I've looked at my training and how it's laid out.. My heavy weeks are weeks 9-4. Any thoughts on running the Tren for 8 weeks @ 100mg EOD instead of 6 weeks? Dylan? RickRock? Jake? Anyone?
 
Massive lifts and a massive dude, speaking from experience I like anadrol more than dianabol in terms of strength. My last cycle was tren test and anadrol and I was the strongest biggest and meanest I've ever been.

I was preacher curling 120 like nothing, tricep push down the whole rack w/ an added 45, I managed to hit 365 for a triple on bench and prior to that I would stall at 275-315 so that's a big jump. I'm only 5'8 and I weighed a swelled up mean 230lbs. U will definitely love some Oxy's man. Coupled with tren & u have a powerful strength building stack. Cycle was 1G Test, 500mg Tren Enth, 100mg Drol. Only problem I had was dry heaves with the force feeding. Yuck. My favorite just not side effect friendly. Lol at all.

Thanks Androman. I'm definitely going to opt for Anadrol. But I need to figure out how to keep the bloat off Because I can't gain any weight going into this. How do guys stay dry on the Drol?
 
Staying dry on anadrol lol I have no idea, maybe letro, if you want just want pure strength with no dramatic weight gain maybe dose tren 100mg ED instead of EOD and halo will serve you right. Anadrol will definitely make the scale go up without a doubt. I think all that water is what helps with the major strength increase

I see no problem at all going 8 weeks on your Tren, especially at the 100mg EOD dose. I actually would prefer the 8 over 6 to be honest

Actually anadrol can be fairly dry. It's not wet like some people make it out to be. A lot of times it gets that reputation because people run it with wet aromatizing compounds like high doses of test and Deca.

However, anadrol is used very often in contest prep to go into a show fuller, so it really does not add water weight at all if you control your diet, water, estrogen, etc...

Wet or dry anadrol will add weight
 
So diet and estrogen control to keep dry on Anadrol. Think the Aromasin, GW, and Tren will be enough along with the diet (which is on point it's just too much to write out) or do you think I should have some letro on hand?
 
Hey Dylan, or RickRock, or anyone else who knows what their talking about. I'm thinking about dropping the Winstrol the last six weeks of the cycle for a different DHT. I know Winny can add strength but I don't want it to mess with my joints during those really heavy weeks. I'm thinking about Anadrol or Dbol. I'm not a huge fan of Dbol so I'm leaning more towards the Anadrol. How do I keep from putting on a ton of weight with it though? I know diet is important with the bloat from Anadrol, but I'm going to be in a caloric surplus. I'm 296lbs right now and I have to stay below 308.

Hey bigscuds just reading your log and very impressed with you numbers brother. I wish you the best in you upcoming meet! Thought I would offer my humble opinion on another dht to add to your final prep, have you ever thought about Superdrol? In my experience I have gained a significant amount of strength with no water retention at all with only 20mgs a day. I have used dbol before and for me had better strength gains from Superdrol without the water rentention! Just thought I would offer my opinion!
 
Last week was pretty simple. Squat was 415 bar weight plus 240 in chains at the top for 4 sets of 2. Then some band over load deadlifts for 6 sets of 1 then shut it down. Bench was 435 close grip to a 1 board for 4 sets of 2. Then super wide grip bench with 315 for 4 sets of 10. Then some over head presses and rows for the lats and shut it down. The REALLY heavy stuff starts this coming weekend and the Tren starts with my first pin tomorrow! Still feeling really good, joints have held up well to the moderate/heavy weight and higher volume. Now time to drop the volume and up the intensity with some real weight!
