Thanks man! I run rad at 10mg per day and take it right after I get home with work. I take 50mg or s4 pre workout and the 25mg right before bed. I know s4 isn't a stimulant but I always feel like I have more energy when I do take it pre workout. How do you like mk 677? I haven't really read up on the effects it has I just know it takes some time to see the benefits from it. Gw is definitely going to be added soon though. Definitely do the full 12 weeks. Those last 4 weeks are definitely the best during the cycle in my opinion.

Fair enough, I'm doing the recommended dosage which is 20mg 10mg is on the low side but I'm sure you will notice plus I'm keen to see how it goes cos I may have to drop it down cos as soon as I started my cycle I noticed my skin got bad all of a sudden.... I know I have heard that it doesn't effect your skin but all of a sudden it got bad must be due to the hormone elevate or something... Plus 20mg can be pretty costly lol... Yeah I tend to take all my sarms 1st thing in the morning to get it out of the way... With the mk677 it's only been like 5 days so haven't noticed much no sides as of yet... I saw Dylan was going to make a video on mk677 with in a week so I recommend you check it out...

Yeah I'm hoping 10mg should be fine since it is a pretty strong compound. 20mg sounds really expensive and I just don't want to spend that kind of money [emoji28]. It made your skin bad? Weird mine has actually hasn't broken out at all since I started this cycle (I doubt it's the sarms but you never know). Yeah I guess it doesn't really matter when you take them as long as you are consistent. I will definitely have to watch it when it comes out!

Yeah defently just Gona blast the cruse the rest of it put I think... Yeah that's what I thought I have ran sarms before with no problems but this time I have added 2 more compounds and all of a sudden I broke out nothing crazy but still enough to be like wtf ha but still so many other factors it could be I guess... Yeah constantly is keen bro

So I've been doing reps of 10-15 for my exercises on both my upper and lower days. After next week, I'll move the reps down to 8 and increase the weight. Today I did squats with 245 pounds (trying to be cautious with my back still) and I was really explosive out of the hole. Usually I am slow but it's controlled and gets up. Today it was moving quick and easy. Will probably bump the weight up to 255 and see how that goes. Hopefully by the end of this cycle I'm able to do 315 for reps. Upper body has been going well. Hit 225 for 9 reps (had one more in me if I didn't mess up on one of the reps coming down) which is a PR for me so I'm happy about that. [emoji16] all in all I'm pretty content with the progress I've made so far especially with being sick for so long during the beginning of the cycle. Down below will be updated pictures of my lower and upper body.

Update: So I've basically already hit my 315 bench goal for this cycle so I'm happy. Deadlifted tonight and got 475 to my knees before I had to drop it. If I didn't do 455 beforehand I think I would of had it. Squat I've been doing a lot volume in hopes I can get that 405 squat. I'm fixing my squat form and focusing on staying tight and stable throughout the movement. I tend to lose a little bit of tightness in the hole. I'm currently weighing 171 pounds in the morning so a total gain of 11 pounds so far. Upping my calories as of yesterday. S4 pump is still great and I really like LGD+rad 140 combo. Can feel the explosiveness. Still feeling pretty lean. Hopefully can stay fairly lean so I don't have to diet so hard for the summer [emoji28]

Nice bro! My stack is coming along nicely too! I find best way to stay tight in the hole is by kinda pushing down and out with your feet through out the full motion if that makes sense?

Yeah works for me makes the movement so Much harder though cos it's controlled constant tension throw out the whole movement instead of just moving the weight... One thing that helped me get my squat up was the use of bands then after a while of progressing with them once you take them off the weight feels that's much lighter!

Update: So the other day I PR'd in my deadlift. Got greedy and tried to do a 20 pound PR afterwards and got it to my knees and had to drop it [emoji28] back is a little tight but massages and soaking in Epsom salt helped a lot. At this rate I will definitely be hitting my goal lifts for this cycle. I've been hitting my upper chest like crazy and have added in two sets of incline chest flies. I make sure to feel the stretch for at least two seconds at the bottom. Feeling fuller and more explosive still. Have the yellow tint to lights but no nighttime blindness. Update is jumping all over the place I plan to give a better one later this week when I'm not so busy with school. Oh and I woke up weighing 173 pounds so I'm currently the heaviest I've ever been. [emoji28]

Little update: hit a 475 deadlift with some ease. Going to try a 5 plate deadlift in a few weeks [emoji16] been sitting between 170-173 but strength is going up. Debating on upping the calories or just keep riding the strength gains I've been getting.

so overall have you been satisfied with running the RAD at 10mg ed?

haha im a manlet too 5'4'' 155lb and thinking the low dose will be good.
