Lately I have been having problems for waking up early for my trainings and overall things. Do you guys have any secrets that would help me wake up easier and faster in the morning? Maybe some compounds that I could take?
I mean, it might seem obvious, but getting to sleep earlier is beneficial as well.
Yes, caffeine is great - I love it. But there is no substitute for getting enough rest. Not only so you can wake up earlier and more refreshed, its great for your mental health and overall gains in the gym.
I try once or twice each week to get to sleep an hour earlier than usual - it helps a lot.
I drink coffee all day I been in the army 10 years without it I'd be .... Well I dunno but what I will say I do not drink energy drinks there is so much bullshit in them in the beginning of my career I was up to like 5 red bulls a day I was like wtf how much money am I spending a month when coffee ... Dirt cheap and then the kurrig came on the scene ... Like hell yea
I get up at 4am every morning, and all I need anymore is my coffee to get going and off to the gym.
