My Sarms Log!

Last training day of the week then a well deserved two day absence from the Gym. Todays workout was not spectacular as I'm ushally worn down by this time of the week due to benching 4x Squating 3x and some form of deadlift 2x all these lifts tend to be medium to heavy really never a light day. Well anyway didn't match my strength and intensity of yesterdays workout, sleept like shit and have worries on my mind, But the workout was way above average for a end of week workout so that is a nice positive. Today when I got back home DOMs hit me for the first time in a while. Hopefully a goodnights sleep and a little MK in the morning will sort that out. Overall another positive day in his journey.
 
Shit happens brother dont let it get u down take ur days off recharge and get back after it ur log is phenomonal

Thank Bro, looking forward to hitting the Gym tomorrow. Oh yeah next week doing one of those Spartan races.

Get a little rest bro like you said, and I know your gonna just kill it next week and feel alot better for it. I know I was going to take yesterday off myself, but couldn't resist. Got silly and hit back & legs, I still have plenty of gas left in the tank but I'm not a big advocate of 7 days a week weight training so I forced myself to take today off, watch football and eat everything !
 
Woke up today and took a shower as I was getting out of the shower heard my wife say what the fuck is wrong with your belly, immedialty ran to the mirror, it resembled cottage cheese. Concerned I started googling cottage cheese belly. Seems that the fat on my stomach is in a state of breakdown right now. I carry most of my fat around the middle like most men my age. Had a pretty good workout going until I tweaked a muscle in my lower back, nothing severe but didn't really want to push my luck and lowered the weight quite a bit. This is the time to see if MK can work its magic. This is a problem area for me, if I'm going tweak something its ushally this area and ushally last a few weeks before completely healed. So we will see how this feels on a day to day basis and adjust my workouts accordingly.
 
Ive never heard of cottage cheese belly but if it is breaking down maybe that is good. Right? I wish mine would lol same problem area for me too lower abs. oh well more cardio and more leg raises.

I'm just saying what it looks like, as I dove deeper into the subject, its basically that fat pockets filling back with water, its like their last horah before going bye bye until you fill them back with fat. Fat pockets or cells don't actually go away but collapse, right now I have a considerable amount filled with water, not everybody experiences this but its not uncommon. Eventually the body will expel the water from the fat cells, that is why its not uncommon for somebody to loose 5lbs overnight and keep it off. The fat was already burned but was replaced with water and thus you didn't see it on the scale. Whatever its god awful looking.

as you already know, that will quickly pass and you are going to wake up with most of it gone out of nowhere... keep pushing bro... your doing an excellent job... you should see this all dissipate shortly...
 
It's all good brother, and nothing to worry about. It's completely temporary, and it does mean you are on the right track with your fat loss. Just keep pushing and progressing. You've done an incredible job so far!
 
I mean what casues that fat to break down like that? Is it a certain sarm or product? I have never heard of that nor experienced it, but it sounds pretty damn cool. I guess everyones chemistry is different and fat reacts in a different way, but its awesome to hear, and I guess if one had that going on they def know they are doing something right. Like everyone said keep pushing, and good luck with the Spartan race this week, and hopefully your back tweek is minor let us know how your race goes.

From what I understand its genetic and more prevalent in women then men. As many know fat loss is never linear and sometimes the body just doesent want to give up that full fat pocket so it fills it with water but it cant maintain it, it will eventually flush the water out. In other news upped to 75ml of S4 not one single side effect so far might be a 100 guy. And in not so awesome news sliced open my finger today, did a body building workout to adjust for these little injuries sustained in the last week.
 
Good deal the only side that I really notice now that I am done with S4 is that all the lights in my truck and headlights and street lights are actually white LOL. and brighter before it was dim and I was at 100 following the protocol.

That is something that can happen just from fat loss in general. Not related to a compound. Like said, it's rare and doesn't happen to everyone

Ya, obviously you experienced the yellow tint to your vision, which is common with S4
 
Ya I knew I had a yellow tint but didn't really realize the extent of it til I was off of it. I ran it at 100mg/day
 
Been dealing with these little nagging injuries has really gotten to my head. I'm still going to the gym and hitting it hard and making gains but I'm just not happy with my overall output in the last week or so. This week it first was a tweak in my back which was gone this moring by the way and then slicing my finger open and now today after doing some heavy DL my foot kills me. Damn this has been a rough week. I'm actually going to be cutting my planned 12 week cycle to 8 weeks as I have another cycle coming up. Since I need 3 to 4 weeks off this will be perfect timing for me, as timing is everything for this next cycle planned.
 
Ive been slacking on the log, well anyways ran a Spartan race on Sunday felt great running it, two hours later not so great. Wore the wrong shoes and beat the hell out of my Knees. Expected to be crippled this morning but that wasn't the case, a little sorness but nothing crazy. Yesterday night I swore I wasn't going to the Gym on Monday as it is my scheduled squat day. Well you know how shit goes guys, said screw it and went anyway this morning. I didn't do any Squats or Leg exercises but focused on upper body Bench, rows and pullups with a little tri and bi work thrown into the mix. Overall a nice workout considering that I was burnt the hell out last night and not feeling 100% this morning. Going to hit Squats tomorrow in the AM. I am impressed with the recovery time that Sarms provide me. Love this shit. Oh by the way got my Cycle Assist in the mail today, you know what that means.
 
Been kind of shit bagging it up, basically have done a deload week this week. I didn't realize how worn out and tired I have become over the last months of non stop hitting the gym. So I took tues and Weds off and came back pretty light today. Still feel a little worn down and the workout wasn't that great. I really didn't eat very much through the day and was just about getting and getting out as quick as possible. Really cant update anything as I have not really pushed or tested anything this week.

yes, you could have overtrained and when that occurs, and it hits you, the best course of action is to just take a week off, get refreshed and you will come back even better than before... that would be the best thing to do right now brother
 
So after bitching about not fealing so hot, I went for a light workout on Friday. Well that light workout ended with me setting a 25lb PR record on the deadlift. 505 lb deadlift, I'm so fucking jacked right now. I have the yellow tint at 75mg on S4 nothing bad but its there. Going to keep it at 75mg no reason to bump it up its doing its job. Overall my Sarms experience is very enjoyable.
