sounds damn good to me bro! i am so glad you are seeing this an experiencing it first hand... this is one of the things i always bring up is the safety, consistency, sustainability and overall performance enhancement that makes sarms so desirable... keep up the great work!

I believe that I am in the Dylan Gemelli school of thought when it comes to PEDs in general. Solid, slow and sustainable gains with as little sloppy and bad weight gained. I was reading a log on another site, the guy in a 12 week stacked Sarms cycle put on 7.8 lbs of muscle. This was BOD tested on day 3 and 4 days later after ending his cycle. All the Sarms hatters came out in full force saying this is why Sarms suck. I pointed out that 7.8 lbs is a little over what a natural athlete can expect with on point training and diet and a few years under the bar in a year. And he isn't getting any sides, whats not to like.

That's a pretty good assessment brother, but you are still very early in the cycle too, which means there is even more to come. They are very consistent and steady gains at a relative pace that are also easy to keep, and easy to recover them. That along with having minimal to no side effects, make sarms a very good and viable option to be used regularly
 
Exactly Rock, that's why Ill maybe Blast maybe once a year and a very short blast at that maybe 8 weeks max with Turnabol and Anavar with a little extra therapeutic dose of Test from my TrT
 
Short and sweet, got to get to work this morning. Best workout strength wise since the cycle began. Don't laugh guys but I set a personal record on the Bench today 225x9 on my last set. Squats where way below parallel and I was hitting some nice numbers for me weight wise. Had a real pump going today, I don't get pumps. I'm leaning out, getting stronger and harder. Down 2 pounds, my size 33 inch pants are at least 2 inches to big. Shit is starting to really happen for me. I'm pumped, Sarms are the shit, I cant even imagine what AAS is like.

That's awesome bro! Leaning out while getting stronger and harder is absolutely perfect. You are recomping well through this cycle

I have hit 11x225 once before, but that was on a bulk and about five years ago. I just see a couple guys on here putting 415x5 up and say wow I have a lot of room for improvement. I think 315 would crush me right now and that is my ultimate goal for the future.

that's true and that's fair to a point but when you get the real deal, then its exactly what you are experiencing and more people need to understand that...

It's all about progression brother, and you are doing amazing. You are already pushing some serious weight and that's excellent. I really don't bench anymore, but I have hit 405 last time I maxed out about a year ago. With that said, I remember the first time I could throw two plates on each side and hit 225 for a rep. That was a big moment! Then when I hit 3 plates per side at 315 I felt on top of the world. What I'm saying is that you are well on your way to succeed and already have impressive numbers. Keep killing it, and you'll look back in a a year or two at just how far you've come!

Thanks for all the support guys! Another good day in the Gym today, short but good. Did some heavy double and triple deadlifts some lat work bent over rows and some Bicept work drag curls. Tommorow hitting overload bench, pullups and some tri and bi work and some shoulder work as well.

Well that is why I bought about a years worth of everything. I'm not sure how I am going to incorporate everything, but I going to finish this cycle out, start another one about Late December and maybe throw some Anavar into the equation the last 6 weeks right in time for next Summer.

If I was in the States, I would do a nice Cyp and EQ cycle for sure, problem is I don't trust these fuckers here. Everybody is always in your business. Its funny how we think the DEA and the FDA are harsh, these fuckers make them look like forward thinking and progressive hippies. Everything is controlled by the state, you cant get common things like Asprin or Anti diarrhea medication at a store here. You got to go to a approved Drug Store where they will lecture you over the dangers of Asprin, I shit you not.
 
Awesome work out today! Just Crushed it, everything was smooth. On day 21 and guess who decided to show up to the party, LGD I believe has finally kicked in as I am just crushing the weights now a easy 30lbs added to my squat, bench has some nice increases as well just not as dramatic, more stamina on the bench then anything did a couple of heavy singles today at 265 which where not really that heavy. Loving this crap right now, the placebo effect is that I'm just aggressive as hell in the gym. But then again is motivation through gains really a placebo or natural. Oh yeah MK is a beast on day 6 or 7 and all my little aches and pains are virtually non exsistent.

yes, now is about the time bro... sometimes lgd takes some time to kick but when it does, you definitely know it! you should see this continuously throughout the rest of your cycle now!
