My Sarms Log!

Today took it easy at the Gym was kind of time restricted as Weds are kind of a family day for me and the wife. Rowed 2000 meters then did two circuits of Lat Pull downs, pullups and situps. Nothing spectacular, just trying to get a little extra back stimulation going and burn a few calories off. Today is a rest day most of the time. Will be back at the Gym in the moring hitting it hard once again. Oh almost forgot had some pump today, which is rare for me.

And to wind down todays post, quick question. Sarms become more effective over time correct? Also thinking of adding some MK to the stack, just for its healing properties.

Yes the sarms get better over time and mk would def be good. I have not had much soreness at all due to the healing properties. I used to be wobbly legged like a new baby deer. I have been sore but thru out the next day it subsides. Incredible to say the least

absolutely they get better over time bro... that's the beauty of them... as you get further along the more effective they become, especially mk and lgd as they take longer to show and once they do, they only continuously get better... same holds true for GW as it allows constant growth of your vo2max... i would definitely add mk for ultra healing

Tenth time trying to put this in the log, so I'm going to make it short and sweet. Today rest day, Yesterday nice day at the gym. Starting to see a little bit of a change, ever so slightly even though my weight is up a pound. Cant wait to see what happens in the upcoming weeks.

Todays work out, where do I start, well lets make it simple. Easily top 5 workout ever and I'm probably selling that short. Today was Heavy double Deads, my endurance was off the chart, Ushally I do 435 for two and I'm done after that, couldn't even pick 225 up after that, deads just kill me. Well not today did 3 sets of doubles at 425 and than repped out 10 at 315. I'm impressed and I walked out of the Gym sweaty as hell, but felt that I could of done more. So todays workout was

Deads
Warm up
2x345
2x375
2x405
2x425
2x425
2x425
10x315
3 second paused bench
Warm up
5x190
5x200
5x210
5x190
Front Squat
four sets of 8 at 155

Some Bro work basically Arms

That's a lot of volume with heavy deadlifts bro! Very nice progress. I'd be done after all of that lol. Keep it up!

Sunday rest day, yesterday had another solid workout, recovery between sets is out of this world, 3 days before I bump the S4 up no side effects so far. Tommorow hitting the gym hard. Ate like shit on Saturday, first day of Football and didn't gain a damn ounce of fat. This shit is for real.

That's good to hear bro. Another thing I've noticed with GW as well, is its ability to help with those days your diet gets a little more loose than normal. It's always pretty difficult to gain fat on GW in my experience

Another solid day in the Gym, haven't really seen a strength increase, but the volume has gone up quite a big and I feel good about it. I looked at myself in the mirror today, looks like I leaned out a little bit as well. So far, I'm really liking this, its not AAS where you can see changes from day to day, but I'm patient and this is definitely gives you more gains then the natural side of the house. Its early in the process with this its only day 11 but I think if I could put it into relative terms I would give this a 2 for 1 in the gains department, meaning I get double benefit then a normal workout. Lets see if it gets better overtime.

Sounds like everything is going well brother, and you are right on track. Obviously AAS are more powerful than sarms, but even with AAS you don't see changes day to day very often, and many times it takes several weeks on AAS to see a difference depending on what you are running. Keep killing it brother!

Nice progress and good to see your updates.

Thanks man, you seem to be doing a fine job yourself. Well anyways today didn't go to the Gym did nothing but work. It was not a scheduled lifting day today, but ushally after work I will do some cardio and pullups things like that. But last night I didn't sleep, nothing to do with the Sarms. But my English Bulldog was snoring so loud, my wife was hogging the bed and when I finally fell asleep, my dog woke me up to go outside. So working off a couple hours of sleep, I decided to take it easy after work and just catch up on some TV. Tommorow Ill be hitting the Gym.

Time for a little update. So yesterday was the 14th day and I have absolutely no visions issues with the S4, so I bumped it up with the Dylan protocol to 60 a day. This is my scheduled lite week so not much to report as I really didn't test my strength or longevity in the Gym. But my Cardio has been spot on, I only run a mile as fast as possible due to bad knees from Jumping, today I did the mile at 7 min 36 seconds. I guess I did set a new bench record on my AMRAP 205x12 maybe could of did a 13th but didn't have a spotter. So everything is going well, dropping fat and looking way leaner in 15 days, muscles are full and hard, everything is on the upswing. So far I am very happy with how things are going.

Great to hear man. All seems to be going well considering the endurance and strength increases, as well as the nice body composition changes you are experiencing

Keep up the great work brother

Mk arrived today, with Proviron also. Question is should I throw the Proviron in right away or wait for the next cycle?

I would add the Proviron now buddy. It's only going to help you and enhance it further

So today and Sunday are rest days for me, I feel pretty damn good this morning and the evening. I want to express to people reading this log on how this product is, we ushally like to place a tangible quality to products and the effects that they have in your performance and the way it makes you look and feel. I'm in day 16 right now, and Ill I can say is Sarms are pretty damn good to me, like newbie gains all over again. Its not AAS and I realize that I have literally seen people put years of Muscle on them in a cycle. you are not going to get that with Sarms, but you will get is improvements every week that wouldn't be possible naturally. If your satisfied with above average in strength and muscle mass and having keepable gains at a considerable faster pace then a natural and keep those gains, Sarms is probably for you.

sounds damn good to me bro! i am so glad you are seeing this an experiencing it first hand... this is one of the things i always bring up is the safety, consistency, sustainability and overall performance enhancement that makes sarms so desirable... keep up the great work!
