exactly bro... i dont care how hard you train or how dialed in you are, if your diet is not on point, its all for not and that's no joke... the diet is far more than 50% of this, making up the greater majority... if you are serious about this, want to surpass your goals, and take it to a different level then you must focus in on your diet...
