The cycle looks very good. However, there is one thing I would suggest doing - run the aromasin right away from the beginning of the cycle in order to prevent any possible problems with estrogen. In the end of the day, estrogen can cause much more than just gyno, and many of its side effects are hard to see with bare eye. Therefore, a mild maintenance dosage to prevent those from happening would be much more reasonable rather than dealing with the side effects once they take place. Also, it would be good to use some liver support when using orals. Other than that, the cycle looks promising.
 
I dont need to run ai as i am not gyno prone. I only use as needed which is like maybe once every 2 weeks if that. I am planning on running liver support when i run the orals

liver support only addresses one small area of oral side effects... major mistake to only use liver support... i stress this several times a day and i just don't understand why the huge misconception out there on this topic... to me, blood pressure is the most concerning of any of the areas effected by oral use... you must address this, lipids, cholesterol etc... its a long list but you need to address all areas or you will be sorry later...

I just had a check up by a registered nurse and my bp was slightly above normal but nothing alarming. I will be having bloods done in 1 week and a full physical in approximately 1 month. I also have daily access to a registered nurse and a bp machine. I am very health conscious and will err on the side of caution at all times

very wise bro... i like how you have a close monitor on everything... i wish more people practiced that method... your setting a good example by doing this... thanks for posting that

When i first entered the aas world i found elite fitness and a certain guy doled out great info and practices to follow that i took to heart as i did my research. I continued to learn from him at evo and still learn at ar(now isarms). So those of you reading this my advice is to spend the money and time to take every precaution with ur health and you will keep your "whats wrong" posts to a minimum lol

So today was back day. Really been Concentrating on widening the lats and lower back. I feel im making good progress and will eventually become a strength. Still keeping carbs low and im seeing results. Weight is 222 so a 17lbs gain. Very satisfied how the cycle is progressing so far.
 
3 1/2 weeks in and everything is going good. Weight today was 221. It also was shoulder day. Felt good and making good progress. 5 extra lbs here a few more reps there. Im really seeing good recomp too. Slowly and steadily which i like. Vascularity is also becoming more pronounced. My girlfriend commented on it so i know its happening. A lot of times it seems small because i see myself everyday but to others its more pronounced. Im very happy with how this cycle is going.

Today was chest day. I know its getting repetitive but this is the part of the cycle that i love. Where every session you feel stronger and have more stamina and seem to make improvements everytime. I work all week so i plan on doing bloods the next week. Started getting some high e symptoms so took a dose of aromasin. Will monitor and treat as needed. Its a fine line with me between low e and high e. Diet has been good and energy good despite reducing carbs. I am beginning to see the results tho and think i may adapt to my tren cycles from here on out. Night sweats are off and on. Some nights are fine others i wake up drenched. No insomnia tho. If anything im sleeping better

Ok sorry I haven't posted all week. Work has been very crazy. Workin 14 hr days all week. Diet has been below maintenance and ive leaned up. I may have to post pics. Ive also had some blood pressure issues so im changing dosing protocol. Test will remain the same but im lowering the tren. Instead of 200mgs eod im gonna go to 200 2x a week. 161/105 is very serious and we will see if it helps. Also started low dose aspirin 2x a day. Im sure its not all gear related. Work stress and diet this week also contributed. Lots of caffeine and energy drinks etc. Ive always done well with tren at 400mgs a weeks as well. So taking bp readings 2-3 times a day to see if this improves. Gonna hit the gym today so will update on that later.
