if you see the RBC that is your red blood cell count and it is high they take the blood out and voila your good bro best thing is to play dumb say you feel it important to give blood to help the community don't say you know your RBCs are high

Yea. Hematocrit needs to be lowered. Not sure what some of the others are but that and the white blood count will benefit from a donation. We have a bus that drives to different places. Google Big Red Bus and find if they go near you. Or the Red Cross.

Ok today was start of 30mgs of anavar and 30 mgs of winstrol. Along with my usual dosage of test and tren. Looking forward to what these compounds can being to the table as i have never used them before. The diet has been good. Low carb other than complex carbs like broccoli and mixed veggies with every meal. Only preworkout and post workout i include carbs like rice or potatoes. Fat loss has been good and def seeing continuing results. Slow but steady. Worked shoulders today. Was good workout but low carb does take its toll. Weight holding steady at 216
 
Did back yesterday. Vascularity and striation really starting to become pronounced. I havent ever used a finisher in a cycle but im beginning to think i should incorporate it into every cycle. I think towards the end of a 12 wk cycle your body just starts to adjust to the compounds and adding in another one helps to jumpstart the cycle again. Weight is at 218 and ive recomped much better than i could have asked for. Ive got to be around 8-9 % bf now. Im going to have to try this approach again. front load on carbs and taper off as the cycle progresses.
 
Friday did legs. Really pushed them. Been a few weeks since ive really had a good leg workout. Felt really good. Sat did arms. Got a really good pump. I felt unstoppable. If my arms dont geow from that idk what to do lol lots of sets and reps. 12-15 reps til failure and really concentrating on squeezing the muscle.
 
Worked chest today. Feel like the orals have increased my strength. Hit new highs on a lot of lifts.
 
Worked shoulders today. Was tired from work but had a decent workout. Lots of sets and high reps. The changes are really starting to shine. Im very pleased with the progress. Weight is 213. Down a bit but i know im dryer and leaner without loss of muscle. Pe aromasin is working quite well.
 
Hit back today. Changed my routine up as i had been doing the same thing for a few months. Hit records on some of the ones i kept and even tho i was really tired i felt strong and kept adding on weight. The anavar and winstrol is giving me good strength gains. Like all others tho i get good sttength the first time and every cycle after it quickly dissipates. Cycle is going good. Down to 213.5 lbs but its all primarily fat and water. Feeling good tho. Beginning to get some insomnia from the tren. Im starting to look forward to the end lol never thought id say that

Hit chest today. Usually dont like to do it on nat'l chest day but was busy sun so did it anyways. Increased weights and hit highs. Felt good. Weight 216. Mirror shows me more than weight but the scale is still important to me.
 
Today was leg day. I like to push legs really hard. Today i maxed it. Not only added weight i added sets. Was very happy with the progress. I like when my legs are so weak every step i take i wonder if they gonna be able to hold my weight. Weighed in at 210. According to the mirror i havent lost muscle only fat. Gonna start paying less attention to scale and focus more on mirror results
