Ok sorry havent updated but ive been sick all week. Went and got antibiotics and today was first day i got into the gym. Its sunday so was chest day. The week off had me rejuvenated as i hit some highs. Felt lazy as hell to go but once there it was all out. Sat was last pin so in two weeks i start pct
 
Hit back today. Feeling recovered from illness and workout reflected it. Diet is on point again and feeling good despite low carbs. Weight at 212lbs and still leaning up.

Looking good, are you done your cycle now and in pct? If I can suggest anything for next time I would try to get a bit leaner before your next cycle and focus on some lean muscle gain.
 
Been a long time since i updated this log. So in 3rd wk of pct and goin good. Weight at 208 as of yesterday but im a little dry. Clomid does that. It lowers my estro and ive started noticing the signs. Hands drying out and dropping some water. Gonna be monitoring it and may lower or drop it. Yoped carbs a little in pct but burning it. Weight is steady and no fat gain. Im very happy with this cycle. Recomped quite a bit and very pleased with the results. Have gotten a lot of compliments and noticed a lot of changes. All my clothes at the waist dont fit but shirts are tight in chest and shoulders. Plan on trying to cut a little more for the next 2-3 months before doing my fall cycle.
