Ok third pin today. went and did legs. Started with squats 3x12 then front squats 3x12 then some calf work. I dont know the names but u do them on the leg press machine. U keep it locked and push with ur toes. I did 3x12 with legs spread and then 3x12 with legs together. The did 3 more sets of quad work and 6 sets of hamstring. Then 3x15 of adduction and 3x15 of abduction. Then for ab work 3x15 front crunches weighted at 110lbs and 3x15 for each side of side crunches at 80 lbs. Im beginning to feel the sust. My recovery is getting better and i feel stronger. I also have more stamina and im always hot. Im by nature a high metabolism person so im usually revved pretty high but i can always tell when test is kicking in. Im gonna have to ask what his breakdown on the sust is. Now that the holidays are over im gonna have to get back to my diet plan. Way too many carbs. You know the good humor strawberry shortcake popsicles? Well my girl makes this cheesecake that tastes just like it. Probly like 1000 cals in a 2"x2" piece lmao. Lemme just day that i didnt have trouble hitting my cals yeaterday. Glad the holidays are over. That can be very dangerous.
 
Today was chest day. I feel my chest is my weakest part. I have a hard time gaining in my chest. Ive made every sunday my chest day regardless of where i am in the rotation. Started with incline dumbells. 12x70lbs then 3x15 @95 then barbell decline 3x15@225 then dumbell pullover 3x12@100 then dumbell flys on flatbench 3x15@40 then flatbench barbell press with a 2 sec pause at the bottom. Then cable flys and a finishing exercise that really works the pecs. With all sets slow and constant. Concentrating on squeezing the muscle. Then 60 leg raises for ab work. Stamina is definately improving. I used to be panting for breath during wotkouts as i move fast paced. 30 secs to 1 min between sets and maybe 2-3 mins between different exercises. I'm getting excited for when the strength kicks in especially the tren. Diet is back on schedule.
 
Definitely, 10 pounds makes a huge difference. How many days a week are you training right now?
4-5 days a week. More on the 4 side due to work but now that its starting to slow down imma try for 5. It really depends on my body. I listen to what it tells me.
 
Ok been 9 days and i can honestly say this will be the one and only time i will ever use sust. Even after 4 cycles i dont like pinning but its a necessary evil. So 2x a week is bout what i can handle. The thing bout test e and c is i get pip first 1 or 2 pins then lts smooth sailing. Sust is constant pip for me. So if anyone has any advice on how to alleviate it a bit please feel free to respond. Havent had pip this bad since i did test 400. I got 10 1/2 weeks left lol. Idk if i got the flu or got test flu but been feeling pretty shitty lately. Gonna rest another day and regardless of how i feel hit it tomorrow. 3 days rest should be long enough. Good thing is although appetite is somewhat suppressed im getting my meals in and hitting my macros.

Why not just pin twice a week then and have you tried massaging injection site with lax ball

Im about to start stoa sus 250 too I would try that or roll it with a tiger tail in a hot shower

When are you starting? Im bout 1.5 wks in and its gonna b kicking in good soon. The tren too lol you gonna log? Follow along in a couple of weeks gonna be doing bloods

Ok 5th pin in and today was back day. I dont know all the names of the exercises so i wont go into that much detail. Probly bout 23 sets of 12-15 reps. Strength is beginning to kick in as i hit highs on a lot of my reps. Feeling good and pushing hard. Sucks that i have to go to the gym later to avoid the new yrs people. Lol only couple weeks left then itll be good til mid spring when the get ready for summer people come. Weight up some. Feel like im gaining some water but thats to be expected.
