You know what im not sure the cost difference, but alot of people from Cali use this version of egg whites. These taste pretty good, ordered from amazon 4 half gallon jugs for $88. Ive tried other egg whites from the grocery store but they dont taste as good as these, dont know why

I just get the liquid whites from the grocery store. They work perfectly fine for me
