You know what im not sure the cost difference, but alot of people from Cali use this version of egg whites. These taste pretty good, ordered from amazon 4 half gallon jugs for $88. Ive tried other egg whites from the grocery store but they dont taste as good as these, dont know why

Thats one way of going about it, or you could take a strainer crack the eggs and pour into the trainer the yolk should remain and the whites should ooze out the bottom as long as you dont crack the yolk
another added benefit with these over regular eggs is that this is pasteurized so you could drink it raw out the container or add it straight to your protein drinks or whatever without having to worry of salmonella or other shit
