So I’m leveling out a bit now. Diet has been more consistent around 300p/300c/150f and I feel amazing. Lifts much better. Digestion far better and overall feeling like this is going to be hugely successful. Worked my way back up to 495 rack pulls and hit 335 on bench for a single yesterday. I don’t remember the last time I even attempted more than 315 on bb bench so I’m happy with seeing bigger numbers right now. Ultimately I’m not looking to necessarily hit a set of numbers but I DO want to increase overall strength and add as much density as possible before going into this winter and my pct. hope everyone has a great day and is enjoying their summer thus far
