Mk 677 water retention

anytime brother... in this circumstance, the supplements are not going to do much.. some cases yes, sometimes no.. try those sources bro... one thing i have added that helps A LOT is dried apricots...
Great video and I love all the foods you listed. I'll be sure to add all these to my shopping list. I jumped up 5 lbs in 2 days of taking 677 and I know it's water.

yes, it can initially do that and im near certain your potassium is the problem... just make sure your getting in substantial amounts, more so than sodium and that water will all come off and you will see how great it is at not only building muscle but burning fat as well...

I just started MK-677 up again myself, going for the next 8 months or so.....and WOW. Just in a few days I'm seeing some insane fullness and the pumps are ridiculous.....and for the record, I'm cruising on just 200mg of Test C right now. I'm bigger and fuller with better pumps than I had on cycle. I forgot how awesome this stuff was!

Already ordered some dandelion root extract. I hear it works just as good.
Dandelion root does work well as a good herbal diuretic, but the best course of action is to address what is causing water retention in the first place which is not having the right electrolyte Balance

(PM me for a price list for Biotech Labs and 10% discount)

Totally agree. Working on that now. Good news is, I'm down 3lbs already just by tweaking my sodium and potassium intake.

the water will continue to drop... the good thing is that its an easy fix... its just one many are not aware of... once you get this corrected you are going to be infatuated with 677

Stop! I'm getting a woody just thinking about it! [emoji123] [emoji2]

LOL your muscles will be as well... LOL it clearly makes all the difference in the world once you shed the water and once you do, and its under control, you can see all the benefits your getting... keep loading the potassium and it will not take long to rid yourself of any excess...

It's pretty incredible man. It's my favorite sarm for many many reasons
Good to know. Glad I pulled the trigger. SARMs really changed the game for me last year. I was 44 and a hard gainer. I tried LGD and was blown away at the results. Didn't know it would suppress my already low T and now my Dr. has me cruising on 400mg of test c and AI.

Wife doesn't want anymore kids so now I'm free to try all kinds of SARMs and other gear. I look totally different a year later and can't wait to see myself at 50!

Love sites like this too! Learning so much and enjoying the like minded community.

Are there any issues with dosing upon waking and then eating? I know with peptides, this can cause issues.

As far as sarms go, there really isn't the restrictions as with peptides and other stuff. Just sometime in the morning would be fine for mk677.

Beet juice and vegetable medley juices tend to have a lot of potassium. Also pomegranate, and mulberry and tart cherry have a lot of potassium if they're organic NOT from concentrate. Smart Juice brand is awesome.
