diet is subjective because everyone is different but ive had over a decade of success with so many of my clients with macro breakdowns like that.. .it also depends on your goals etc... but I think that is definitely worth a shot on this cycle broI have not but I will be honest the main thing I don?t know a whole lot about is the diet. I recommend two things. Both for the same reason.
1. Some way to track your macros.
2.scales to weight food grams and oz.
Not expensive.
I use under armor MyFitnessPal. Free app.
change your macros to what you want and track everything you eat. Super easy.
Weigh your portions.
With both of these you might find you get more food or your are eating more than you think.
Diet is a huge part getting the most out of your cycle.
Go to the bottom of the app click more, then goals, then calories, fat, carb, protein goals.
Adjust the percentage you want. Save it.
Go to daily diary .It will show you how much of each you get. Enter your food.
Turn phone sideways landscape.
Scroll to the bottom.
It will tell you your goals, how much you ate, and if you are over or if you have some left to eat
Forgot you need to set the amount of calories you want to consume total.
Example total cal 2200.
50 protein
35 carb
15 fat

well said brother aside from you misspelling my name WTF MAN!! LMFAO! in all seriousness though, especially well said on your last sentence... quality of food is imperative!I agree with Dillans numbers.
With those you will be able to add lean muscle while shredding up.
You will be surprised how you can recomp with proper diet and work out. And not have to starve.
My maintenance is usually 2500 - 3000 calories. Currently eating 4000 and still have abs.

I will change diet and drop excess quickly.
Remember when trying to hit macros don?t eat junk to get there. With good quality food you get more food and it will work better for you.
