Help me please!

Yes I understand you, I want to start isolating like you. Im just lost about how to do that. I would have a arm day, chest day which I need really bad then a back and then shoulders then legs
Would you have any examples of this

and you can mix this up however it suits you if you take a day of rest. but that is more of an isolation of each body part which will allow it to grow mass etc. of course eat like a fiend. I even mix up the sets as well to shock your body into growing because it will get used to the same ol shit all the time. but if I were you I would hit legs very hard, its one of the biggest muscles in your body, as your legs grow so will the body!!!!

Thank you so much for this information, I am going to begin this tonight but it seems like a really short workout. Is it OK to do this with alternating high volume and low one round to the next?

well I mean you know what you do for chest exercises right? I was just throwing a few things out there.
Pick a bodypart and start day 1. I just think the whole body concept is more for people who want to keep their current level not build mass. Work on that and I will put something together for you.
 
just concentrate on one bodypart at each workout, obvi you can add abs in on any of those days, lets say when you do sitting rows imagine a carrot in between your muscles in your back and think of snapping that carrot with each rep. you get what im saying? squeeze and let out slowly

I will do this and add a few more things in. It's not easy to learn this stuff alone and I really appreciate your help. I really have learned alot but I still need a little coaching her -fo sho. I'll start with my chest tonight and I keep a journal. Thanks again

Also remember it will be a marathon not a sprint. I have to remind myself of this often bc I want results and I want them now. lol just our nature. you will get there buddy just make some small tweaks here and there

Absolutely, I'm staying persistent and consistent and it shows. If I wasn't o wouldn't be where I'm at and getting great support

just stick to the basics flat bench incline decline cable flys dumb bell flys. if you cant do barbell due to no spotter do dumb bells that is what I do anyway cuz I can get a better squeeze with dumb bells. decline I will use barbell. are you working out in a gym or at home?
 
any of these guys on here are great for support and questions too. it may take me a couple of days to get you a workout together, but i will get it for you pm me your email addy
 
and yes keep a log of what you do and how much and you will see your weights and reps increasing some weeks you may want to lift heavier for lower reps especially to make that chest poke out

I work out at a gym here in Fayetteville and never have a spotter unless there's a chance someone will help me that's already there but I rarely ask.

Then just stick with dumb bells I am working on a Word document for you with exercises and pics if you don't know what they are. Are you in Fayetteville NC? Dude there are some guys on here that are at Bragg maybe yall can get together and they can share some knowledge with you

I hear some people say the complete opposite. I like lifting heavy with low reps
