I just read through this entire log and I gotta tip my hat to ya bro. You are seeking the knowledge, following through with what you have learned, and making tremendous progress. Change is a tough thing. I really admire all the effort you are putting towards your goals. Keep pushing and keep striving to attain your goals the way you have been and you will get where you want to be. Great job brother!
 
if you can, keep track of what your entire day looks like and then post it up in the diet and training section.. YOU CANNOT DEPEND ON MASS GAINERS TO GAIN WEIGHT... those are complete garbage and not the way to do it... your diet is where it starts.. you cannot use steroids being that far underweight... you will cause yourself more harm than help and will lead to injury and frequent problems with joints and bones etc... post up this info first so we can help you properly...

I have gained exactly 10 pounds since posting this, thanks alot for all the help. Whole food and good protein have made a huge difference, Im not killing my appitite with those mass gainers and its like im always hungry now. I'm tweaking my training with some awsome help and I'll blow past 160 no problem. I was stuck at 146 when I started this thread and lastnight at the gym I was 156!!!

That's really amazing man! Very nice job! You implemented changes to your diet and followed the advice you were giving, and it all paid off! It's rewarding and inspiring to hear stories like yours brother. I'm glad you got helped the way you did, and got yourself on the road to success!

thats awesome bro, 160 will be no problems for you and you are going about this the right way slow and steady, baby steps, that is the healthy safe way to do it. Good job man keep it up i wanna see a swole ass pic shortly

me too are you taking any sarms or supplements?
All I'm taking is my creatine and dymatize ISO and I'm going on my 5th week of cyponate. I don't think my gains are from the test though it's early in the cycle and all. I am going to use gw and mk along with the usual PCT but while foods in my diet helped me tremendously
