boiled eggs are good packable too u can pick em up at wal mart in a 6 pack, and whipped pnut butter and baby carrots very packable and good for you bag of grapes
 
good options are as readily available as the fast food options its all about discipline
Your absolutely right. When I do hit up fast food I still do it clean as I can with backed potato and chilli at Wendy's lol

It's going OK, had awsome time at the gym lastnight and feeling great. I went down to 148 almost two weeks ago from getting sick. Don't think it was the flu but I felt horrible and now I'm back up to 154. I'm noticed I'm getting more vascular and I can tell im growing.

Just make sure you are properly feeding those muscles adequately brother, and keep hitting that training hard and heavy.
 
I'm eating more and more every day. When I get time I want to show yall my layout my workout and tell me what I should do differently. I haven't changed it much in the last few months cuz I've been working so hard at figuring out my diet and its alot to learn

so basically a total or half a body workout the days you are in the gym?

me personally I like to do 1 body part a day and really concentrate on the contractions and the negatives. however everyone is different I mean you can do it however it works for you. but I will say you need to isolate arms from back bc youa re getting some arms in with back and other exercises. which you are not getting the full potential of that body part if you are using it for another. you get what im saying?
 
Day 1 chest
Flat bench
Incline
Cable flyes or pec deck

Day 2 Back
Lateral Pulldowns
Sitting rows close grip
Bent over barbell rows/or dumbbell rows
Pull ups (which will build mass like a mofo) even if you start out using an assist do it

Day 3 Legs (cardio to warm up)
Squats, Sumo and Regular stance
Lunges or Farmer walk with dumbells
Calf raises standing or sitting
Hamstring curls
Leg extensions
Maybe 10 min cardio as a finisher

Day 4 Arms
All your bicep exercise and tricep exercises

Day 5 Shoulders
