Well I got no more f#$& excuses, I got everything I need now to do this. I have gotten just about everything for every meal and now its the hard part... Force feeding myself. Thanks again and again for all the awsome advice. AR and all you guys on here are definitely a step way above and beyond.

You can do it brother. You got this! Just keep at it and be persistent and consistent, and you'll have that diet dialed in in not time, with the results to follow
 
It hasn't been long since I started post, I have since been going to a gym near my house and have been loving it! I feel like I look pretty good yea I'm not as big as alot if them but I feel proud to be there and I enjoy it alot. I've been working on my diet and I'm already up to 150 @ 8% bf. Only a few months ago 135 was my max on flat bench and now after I warm up its my working weight! I don't hardly ever have a spotter so I have to use the machines mostly. Any advice on any workout plans or routines I can follow. I have been kinda doing whatever I want...upper lower split and abs every time.

Thanks alot, I'm really excited and working hard. What do you mean exactly by the right plan? I'm eating everything right and at leat 4 days usually at the gym.

I know I posted this pic already but here it is again to compare. I know its against alot of everyone's advice but I started my first cycle of test c 500 a week split on Monday and Thursday.

very nice progress bro and when you want to gain mass you have to eat when you aren't hungry force it down. rice sweet potatoes lean steaks. also what I do and a lot of us guys do is cook all weekend for the week that way your meals are pre planned or atleast pre cooked crank the grill up, get your chicken steak and any veggies you want to grill and kick back relax and grill baby load em up in Tupperware and your set same with the veggies I steam a whole bag of broccoli and pack it up too individual tupper ware or a big bowl and make a plate out of that. it just depends on what kind of schedule with work you have. I work from home when im not on the road, so I just go make a plate and warm it up.
 
but I would kill to be starting where you are. lol im on the other end of that spectrum trying to cut it all off but that's the nature of this beast
