3) machine over head press with neutral grip-(80lbsx20)100lbsx20,130lbsx15,140lbsx12,140lbsx12

On schedule to be down about a pound this week. I have made the decision to keep my weight loss at 1lb per week was going to switch up my nutrition a little before the end of contest to get off as much fat as possible but decided to extend
cut to 16 weeks instead. So will continue to cut for 4 more weeks after contest. Still doing the mock peak week leading into the last day of contest. I will not be in contest shape by end of contest but wanted to see how my body responds to the plan I have used in the past. Thank you for reading.
