Day 72- wake up 5:30am. 2 scoops of aminos. Today's workout is shoulders and calves. Pre exhaust is going to be for front delt. Nutrition for today is 3rd low day and will be at 75 grams of carbs! Will post complete workout as well as meals. Thanks for reading!
 
Thanks for your input bro!! Glad the caber is making you feel great! Your deca at 200mg just make sure you don't crash prolactin. I know your going for bloods so that will be interesting to see!

Ya I know, running the caber at 0.25mg E3D. Will probably pull bloods late next week or the following week.
 
Me to! Even at 400mg of deca I didn't need much.

The initial plan was to run .5mg E3D because that is what I have seen recommended. However, I then read that .5mg was an upper limit dose and that .25mg was usually more than adequate for reasonable Deca doses. How much caber did you need at 400mg Deca? Being the way I am, I will be pulling bloods as mentioned to see where things are at. I am the type to pull to many bloods than not enough. My health and well being are my #1 priority and take precedence over gains any day.

I agree bro!! I used .5mg 2xs a week then went to .25mg 1x a week with 400 mg of deca. Aromasin was at 12.5mg eod and kept my estrogen within range and test was at 500mg/wk.

How did you feel at only .25 caber only once compared to the .5 ??? Wow, that's cutting down to 1/4 dose!!

Huh, interesting. That caber must be some strong stuff. Ya, better get that blood test.
 
I have asthma too, but I haven't taken my advair I'm prescribed in over a year. Tren didn't stir up my asthma, I did notice my body has to work a little harder when doing cardio but it was fairly minor I felt. Tren didn't raise my BP much at all by itself, but the combo of tren/anadrol was the only thing so far to make my BP move much.

Interesting!! I have heard of people taking singulair with it at 10mg! Have you heard of that?
 
Shoulder workout today-warm up was joint rotations and 10 mins on arc trainer. As mentioned earlier the pre exhaust is front delt.
1) internal and external rotation- 3sets of 20 reps
2) cable front raises-(20lbsx20)40lbsx20,50lbsx15,50lbsx15,50lbsx12,50lbsx12 rest time was 30 secs.
3) machine over head press with neutral grip-(80lbsx20)100lbsx20,130lbsx15,140lbsx12,140lbsx12
4) cable rear laterals-(20lbsx20)40lbsx15,45lbsx12,50lbsx10
5) barbell overhead press-(95lbsx15)135lbsx15,155lbsx12,155lbsx12
6) barbell shrugs-(135lbsx20) 225lbsx20,315x15,405x12
7) standing calf raises- 5 sets of 8-12 reps
Cardio- arc trainer 30 mins.
Nutrition for today was a low day and 75 grams of carbs
Meal 1- 6 egg whites
3oz turkey
3/4 cup of spinach
1/4 cup of grits
Meal 2- 2 scoops of whey
16oz of almond milk
Meal 3-(pre workout) 6oz of steak
1/2 cup of brown rice
1 tbs of guacamole
Meal 4- 2 scoops of whey
16oz of water
Meal 5-6oz of steak
1/2 cup of rice
Meal 6- 6oz chicken
1/4 cup of rice
Meal 7- 6 egg whites
3oz of turkey
1/2 cup of spinach
On schedule to be down about a pound this week. I have made the decision to keep my weight loss at 1lb per week was going to switch up my nutrition a little before the end of contest to get off as much fat as possible but decided to extend cut to 16 weeks instead. So will continue to cut for 4 more weeks after contest. Still doing the mock peak week leading into the last day of contest. I will not be in contest shape by end of contest but wanted to see how my body responds to the plan I have used in the past. Thank you for reading.

Nice workout bro, I going to do some of this cable laterals tomorrow switch out the dumbbells for a couple weeks. What's your % at now, I saw you want to get to 5%. That's tough, good luck !!! Keep it up

Day 74- wake up 8:30am today is my official weigh in day and weighed in at 209.8!! That's 2lbs from last week and i could tell I would be over a pound this week. Today is off from weights and will be doing cardio. Nutrition for today is a high day and will be at 145 grams of carbs. tomorrow I will make some changes to my nutrition plan leading into peak week. Cardio- 45mins on arc trainer! Over the last couple of days reached a point where vascularity is more prominent. Starting to get to the look that I have invisioned for the end of this contest! Like I wrote earlier will continue to cut about 4 more weeks after contest for a total of 16 weeks. very excited about my next run on may 21st. Still have not made a final decision about cycle layout but this will definetly be epic for me!!! Really believe I can make some amazing gains and plan to be in great shape going into this cycle not only composition wise but aerobic and anaerobic conditoning as well. For those that are interested I plan to keep a detailed log of upcoming cycle with workout layout, nutrition layout, blood work before, mid and after cycle. Thank you for reading!

Happy Easter man! I am interested to know how you decide when to run a high carb day. Do you do them on specific workout days, like legs or chest?
