You can use it as a pre workout occasionally... 45 minutes before...

I ran the Platinum Biotech Anavar and I had strength gains on day one and insane pumps a few days later. Definitely potent!

Yes i need, i only do swimming and eat wrong food so now i have about 8 weeks to look better so i use Anavar 10mg and HGH 2iu before bed
