AP's Post CT log

Day 18

No workout today as usual.

Slept awesome last night. We took our daughter to the grand parents while we went to my wife's office Christmas party. I'm pretty sure my libido is still climbing too. I noticed the increase since being on post CT but now it seems like it's still continues to increase which isn't anything to complain about.

Win of the day yesterday... bought a new shirt on vaca around mid October. Tried it on in store etc everything good to go. Put it on for the first time last night and swear I coulda busted it right off lol. Shoulda went with a large hahaha. But that really made me feel like I've made some good progress.

Lastly looking for some advice. Esp for you family guys.... never ran a cycle yet and I'm looking to do so soon. Plus a source here has a great deal on test I can't pass up. How did you guys talk to your significant others about it? Obviously I want nothing to hide and I've made comments about it in passing with never really a discussion or response. Any input would be appreciated!

Did it once covert and got found out... that was a big issue. Last time I was straight up and even got pinning assistance. I just said this is who I am right now, this is what I wanna do, please support me. Much better.

i guess it just depends on the type of relationship you have with your spouse or significant other brother... my wife is as cool as they come in terms of understanding... she does add her worried thoughts but just because she cares so much but she stands by me so its pretty easy to talk to her about anything... its hard to say because every relationship is different
 
See mine has a tendency to over react a bit lol. I'll probably just tell her she can get those fake tits she wants hahahaha

I'm having trouble finding the downside for you here... lemme go back and reread a few more times.
 
I'll get it figured out. Just have to catch her in a good mood. Like I said I've mentioned it before pretty much about when I turn 30 is when i would like to start give a me a solid few more months to keep building the foundation. I've got my lgd and that pct on hand so I'll start small with her

Day 17

Leg day
Squats 5x5 at 245. And 2x8 at 275

Leg press(close feet) 5 plates 8x4
Hamstring curls 130x10x4 (up 10lbs)

DB lunges 40x10x3
Leg extensions toes in and out 90x12x3 for each position.

Seated calf raises 2 plates 12x4
Leg press calf raises 3 plates 12x4

15 minutes on the stair climber after.

I absolutely killed the gym today. I did 245 on the squats for the 5x5 which was my next progression and well it simply wasn't enough. Threw 275 on it and went for 8 on a few sets. Close feet leg press was awesome for hitting the sweep as well which is what I'm currently working on aestheticly.

Woke up this morning with a pretty bad headache which happens from time to time. Also hips were feeling pretty sore for some reason almost aching. Obviously that wasn't going to stop me from training. By the time I hit the gym Aleve kicked in and I was ready to roll. I really don't think I can describe how good this feels lol. The ability to go into the gym and just do whatever you want and kill it no matter what. Really enjoying this product and I'm planning to get the most out of it I can.

Day 19

No training... meal prep day

Been doing those weekend chores laundry meal prep cleaning etc. Didn't sleep too good last night kid woke up twice and got a call from work. Honestly though I dont feel too bad. Excited to hit the gym tomorrow looking forward to pounding out some chest and triceps.

Side note, teach em young boys and they'll follow down that right path lol

Day 19

No training... meal prep day

Been doing those weekend chores laundry meal prep cleaning etc. Didn't sleep too good last night kid woke up twice and got a call from work. Honestly though I dont feel too bad. Excited to hit the gym tomorrow looking forward to pounding out some chest and triceps.

Side note, teach em young boys and they'll follow down that right path lol

That's an awesome picture bro!!! Most people make excuses about meal prepping and your doing it with the little one there!!

Just make sure you are open and honest with her. Educate her on the fact that the media has painted steroids out to be an evil dirty drug on par with narcotics, which couldn't be further than the actual truth. Steroids can be used safely and effectively to only enhance your life in a positive way if they aren't abused. If you have Netflix, have her watch, bigger, stronger, faster which has a very good perspective of reality on the world of anabolics.

I've actually watched that. And it's pretty damn good. Also national geographic of all people has one that's really informative. Calls roiadrage bull shit and says it effects approx 4 percent of users lol

Chest and triceps

BB bench 185x10 225x10 275x3 315x1( failed)

Chest press 225x10x4
V bar press down 70x10x4

Cable flies high to low 60x12x3
Close grip bench 155x8x3

Body weight dips 50 reps in 4 sets

Didn't sleep the best again but that's because the kid didn't sleep. Got to the gym a touch later than normal but still had about an hour.

First off I'll tell everyone nothing motivates me more than failure. I've been trying that 315 for a few weeks now and just haven't been able to push it. After that just had that total feeling of aggression and was able to increase the chest press by 2 reps per set as well as more on flies and push downs. I'll get it eventually. Also since I got to the gym later I had to skip my first meal. The good news is I'm still continuing to put on quality weight and was about almost a pound over last week. So I should hit that goal this week or next for sure.

I'll be switching it up and skipping the gym tomorrow and go on Wednesday which is a normal rest day. Got a job interview and don't feel like dragging my suit to the gym if it even still fits lol

Really appreciate the opportunity to run this product. The last couple weeks have been awesome and I'm looking forward to seeing some more progress.

Great log AP!!! Good luck on the interview is what your suppose to say but you don't need luck! Interview them to see if you want to work there!!!
