I agree, but not with what is seen here. I'm not even that strong and there is no way I can get a good pump with 15lbs Dumbbells. Back in my early training days all I had was a few Dumbbells I used at home 15lbs to be exact and I would have to literally do like 12 sets of 40 reps just to feel like I was working hard and I'm not even all that strong.
That's like guys who say they can knock out tons of pull-ups then proceed to start kipping. No bro, your pull-up count is still zero.Man I can get a pump with 7.5lbs if I tried. Yes it would take many reps and hard flexion but it's doable. You have to squeeze HARD on each rep. I think these people who say they do sets of 10 with 80-90lb are either lying or swinging their whole body to get it up. I don't believe there's any way 99% of the population of BBers can do even one strict rep of that kind of weight.

I feel you though, weight is weight if you use it properly you can achieve a pump of sorts. However the outcome will be different. I don't think my arms would look they same if I used anything lighter than what I do. Today for example I warmed up with 50's for 20 and 18. Jumped to 60' for 14, 70's for 12 and 80's for 10 for two sets, the 8 final set. I do all my curls strict as i am the form police. Not literally I do correct ppl on form, but I hate shit form.

Do you do standing alternating, standing simultaneously, seated alternating, seated simultaneously, incline alternating, incline simultaneously with the dumbbells?
