3800 cals and 50% protein? that's 475g of protein bro, isn't it a bit much?

If you read a few post down it a miss typo .. should be 3000 cal 375 grams of protein .. FAT FINGERS ...LOL

Got Blood drawn yesterday !!!! Standby for results ...should be in by Monday I hope !!! cant wait to see what it comes back with

9th.... I use 28GA NEEDLE ... hasn't been bad at all ...

Curious to see for sure. 28g works too. I’d be curious to see how tough it is to push through. Axio gear is so smooth and a very thin viscosity. Sounds like Vicon is pretty thin too

Vicon Gear is very smooth and have had ZERO issues pushing it thru 28 Ga needle... even the 300ML EQ isn't a problem at all ... GAAAAIIINNZZZZZZ
