seem to be just fine... not feeling much yet but I can tell the gear working cause Im not sleeping much and put my ADHD into hyper drive... got to knock myself out at night with sleeping pills and a little 420 ... but Im up at ass crack of dawn wide awake ...

Damn! Wish I could eat 3800 to be in surplus. 45/4600 puts me in surplus by roughly 300 cals. How often are you training, what kind of splits?
