Bis and Tri Thursday
Chest abs and calves Friday
Saturday Rest
Sunday will be Legs.
I'm going to start doing 1 1/2 to 2 hours workouts now. I'm sure my body and recovery can take it now.
My concern is I did a 3CC shot in the right glute on Monday, 1/2 cc shot on Wednesday in right glute on Wednesday, and 3cc shot in the left glute again on Friday because I could not see my self pinning 3CC's into my delt. Is that wrong of me? In all the cycles I've done I've only shot my glutes and delts.
