Bro, the last email we've received from you was on the 12th, and we've had no PM here either. We actually saw you having issues in this thread and wanted to be proactive, so we emailed you about it 3 days ago and have not had a response. We would have preferred to take care of it privately, and many members here can vouch for that.
We contacted you asking questions about your batch, since this is the exact reason we have a batch control system, but without communication, we have no way to help you. As far as how we've corrected issues in the past, we took care of things just like any other source with intent on being open for the long run would, the only difference is we were private.

There are multiple members here who we've taken care of who ran into an issue of some sort, most of them not even remotely our fault but we took care of them regardless and made sure they were happy. We keep it off the board just out of nature/habit, and really haven't ever had an interest in the bragging sort of thing, but there's a well documented issue that occurred with a certain payment method a few weeks back, and we still shipped orders without actually being paid for 3 days. Several guys had issued payment, and we could confirm it, but couldn't actually receive the funds until the payment company fixed what they called a "glitch" and we shipped anyways.
We're not here to screw anyone, that's not how you achieve longevity in any business, most certainly not in this one since sources are so heavily scrutinized. Due to the nature of this business, issues will undoubtedly arise from time to time, but the difference in reputable sources and sketchy outfits are the willingness and ability of both parties to communicate and for the issue to be resolved timely and efficiently.
