You can't wait for more than a day to respond to my email, and then email again 4 hours later before I've even had a chance to read the first one bitching about not getting a reply yet, that doesn't make sense.
I'm trying to do you right, and have cut you a solid favor behind the scenes on top of that, and I don't mind because I believe great customer service is absolutely a key factor in any business, so it's my pleasure when I know I'm taking care of a great customer and member here, so don't make it look like something else is going on here. I don't appreciate that when you know full well that's not the case....
