Thyroid Problems?

Hey guys. I've posted more than once about my journey to lose bf% and definitely it's lower than it was but I hit against the wall...
My metabolism is not as high as it was ... And I have been on a deficit every single day for 10 weeks (an average of 800-1100kcal deficit) and the fat loss is not there anymore...

1/05: 75.5kg/166.5lbs
8/05: 75kg/165.4lbs
15/05: 74kg/163.1lbs
22/05: 73.7kg/162.5lbs
29/05: 72.5kg/159.8lbs
06/06: 71.2kg/156.97lbs
27/06: 70.8kg/155.5lbs
9/07: 73.5kg/162lbs
16/07: 72.6kg/160lbs

I really don't understand... My diet is so but SO clean, no junk food or cheat days.. I do cardio around 4 times a week... But it seems that I can't lose anymore fat even though on deficit and doing cardio and eating clean.. I've lost many lbs in the beginning maybe because it was water weight and I did a dramatic change eating 250g carbs on average to below 100g and it was a mistake but now I've learned and I am doing carb cycling to help my leptin levels and so forth..
With this being said I can only see a problem in my thyroid or metabolism.. I put so hard work in my diet and training and I can't see any results, it is so annoying...
I've taken cortisone for 10 years straight because I've asthma but I no longer take it.. And that's why I'd so much fat even though I played sports all my life...
Sorry for this big thread but my motivation is so damn low ... I will do bloodwork to see If everything is ok

What are your macros/calories? a day....are you measuring EVERYTHING like you are in a crime lab???

Also what is your weight, height and current lifting programme?

You say you started on higher carbs then reduced to below 100, but what caused the weight gain over the two weeks starting late June? Or have I read this wrong and it's the other way round

If you're not losing, you're not in a caloric deficit. If you think you have a thyroid issue, get bloods. Bloods don't lie.

Sounds like you've been dieting too long and your body has adapted to requiring less calories . You need to go into maintenance, which is about 12x your body weight in calories. If you starting gaining weight then you know you definitely have metabolic damage & need to stay in the higher calorie range. Maybe take time out for a build to allow your systems to recover.

Your issues could also be related to hormones/thyroid. If you find diet & exercise are not working then get a full blood work panel done including hormones. Ask your Dr. To test for full thyroid not just a TSH test as TSH is a pituitary test. Here is a list of labs (along with what they do) that will test your thyroid function and not your pituitary’s reaction to your thyroid.

Total T4-This is your storage hormone

Free T4-This is how much of this hormone is free for the body to use and convert to T3

Total T3-This is the active hormone

Free T3-The amount of active hormone that is available to your body to use.

TPO and TgAb-These are thyroid antibodies tests. This test helps you determine if you have an autoimmune thyroid problem.

Hope this helps.

Possibly has been dieting too long but 12x is too general as for me maintenance is ~16x body weight, my average weight loss over the last 10 or so weeks is ~0.85 lbs at body weight x13.5 nett calorie intake after daily two mile walks.

Bloodwork for a thyroid test at the Clinic is so incredibly cheap its ridiculous. Coated me like $4 insurance covered 95% of the cost. You can literally walk right into one of those Access Medical type places with no appointment and walk out in 30 mins. I just told the nurse I want a thyroid test, they generally ask no questions.

If its not your thyroid its your calories/macros, unless you have another underlying issue you haven't mentioned.

I track everything even vegetables and those "minimal" things... Macros split are around: 40p/35f/25c ... On the days that I do not workout such as today, my macros were: 55p/33f/12c
Protein around 220g
Fats around 60g
Carbs it depends because I am carb cycling but on low carb are 50g and high days 200-250g

Calories are around 1700-2000kcal

Weight: 160lbs
Height: 5ft11
Current Lifting program: 4 to 5 days lifting weights and 4 to 5 a week of cardio. Chest, Arms and Shoulder twice a week

About the weight gain over the two weeks , I really do not know really .. I'd kind of a cheat meal since it was my uncle's birthday but it was a pretty small cheat meal..

I will get bloodwork done for sure. My calorie intake isn't higher than 2100kcal, I do cardio, I lift weights, everyday I walk around 5 miles so it's impossible not to be in a deficit

Definitly helpful bro! Maintenance calories x12 my body weight ? That's pretty much 2000kcal

Seriously? But it would be better If I did a full bloodwork instead of just thyroid analysis I guess..

You on a cycle of Sarms or AAS

It does sound to me like you have crashed your metabolism a bit from over dieting. That happens when cutting for extended periods. You will just stall out. To bring your metabolism back you'll have to add in some calories and reverse diet a bit. Another option is adding in sr9009 which was designed to fight metabolic syndrome, and will increase metabolism substantially. Adding in GW to that will only help, even more

Personally I feel you caloric intake on your 1700 kcal a day are too low particularly if you are walking around 5 miles as that is another 450-500 calories burned taking you down to 1250-1300 plus calories burned lifting if you are lifting on those days.

Despite considering taking sr or gw do you advice me to take a full bloodwork?

My kcal is around 1700-2100 and I've an app on my iPhone and I track how much miles I did.. And whenever I do cardio or I have tennis practices I stay with my iPhone there to track it.. Sometimes is around 7 miles or more
But now I'm afraid... If my calories are low and I can't lose fat , should I just up the calories to restore my metabolism? Or decrease calories and increase burned calories? That's so hard being in this position
