lol yes you need to be doing atleast 45-60 mins per day 3 to 4 days a week of steady state cardio to maximize fat burn
 
This is my fat loss stack

Test cyp - 200mg
Tren e - 500mg
Clen - 80mcg ED
T3 - 50mcg ED
Cardarine - 20mg ED
MK677 - 20mg ED

thats the definition of reckless... You can post whatever you like but I urge everyone to NOT listen to this whatsoever... this is very dangerous and reckless... clen and t3 are HORRIBLE... clen is an extremely dirty drug and has long and short term effects that are terrible and deadly... t3 is muscle eating trash and you are messing around with your thyroid in the process... im sorry but this is flat out horrible..

your definitely making progress... you need to ramp up the cardio... get 45 minutes per day at this point, 5 days a week... 3 days of straight steady state and 2 other days of mixed steady state and HIIT... eat at least at deficit of 500 calories as well...

Thank you so much Dylan. You have been there and you know sometimes it is very hard ... Because you see yourself everyday in the mirror and you think you didn't progress. But receiving compliments motivates me even more than I already am. My deficit is a bit bigger than 500 deficit. Is around 800 to 1000 calories.. Maybe it is too much .. I started doing what you adviced me today, ramp up the cardio.. It seems that my metabolism is higher but it might be placebo effect.

You definitely don't want to be in too big of a defecit. Keep it at around 500 per day and make the rest of your defecit come from adding the cardio as discussed and you'll do fine

yes your deficit may be too large... if its too large it will actually be detrimental and work against you... you dont want to ruin metabolism by starving yourself... ramp up the cardio like i said and stick to around 500 below maintenance...
