your definitely making progress... you need to ramp up the cardio... get 45 minutes per day at this point, 5 days a week... 3 days of straight steady state and 2 other days of mixed steady state and HIIT... eat at least at deficit of 500 calories as well...

Thank you so much Dylan. You have been there and you know sometimes it is very hard ... Because you see yourself everyday in the mirror and you think you didn't progress. But receiving compliments motivates me even more than I already am. My deficit is a bit bigger than 500 deficit. Is around 800 to 1000 calories.. Maybe it is too much .. I started doing what you adviced me today, ramp up the cardio.. It seems that my metabolism is higher but it might be placebo effect.
