Refeed Day

My caloric maintenance is 2500 and I've been staying in a deficit @ 2000-2300. I train six days a week and cardio everyday (45 minutes). Eliminating sugar from my diet is when I really started to see a difference. I also eat the same foods every day that way I know if it's working or I need to change something. I haven't started tracking my macros yet but I included protein, carbs, healthy fats, and fiber in every meal.

I also think that being on TRT and incorporating HGH has helped also.

Buddy your progress is overwhelmed and If you keep being consistent with your diet the sky is the limit, you seem to be someone who knows adversities and how hard sometimes can be, but you show to everyone that you outturn those and I think that helped you growing up even more

Refeeds should also be very planned out and prepped for low carb dieters because insulin sensitivity is raised dramatically so when you eat a surplus of carbs and spike insulin you blood sugar is going too nose dive and your hunger will skyrocket before you know it you have eatin 3000 extra calories. this is all thing I have been through . youll have no control and the next morning when you look like a drowning water buffalo youll be upset.

As someone who use too think like you in the beggining this is horribly wrong I ended up a 245 lbs shredded doing this problem was I was mainting my bodyweight on under 2000 calories a day and doing 30 minutes of cardio with a HIT training program and on thyroid meds thanks too that mindset medibolic damage is absolutely real took me over a year too fix this and my metabolism is still very slow compared too where it shpuld be . my maintenance is about 3200 calories tde and Im 270 under 10 percent bodyfat and on alot of gear .it should be much higher

So you are saying that you went for too low calorie intake and that damaged your metabolism and metabolic rate?

I just didn't let the scale get me down and I just kept my nose to the grindstone, the bottom line is you have to work and tweek and find out what works for you!!!! not everyone is the same just keep at it bro you will get there it just takes a while to figure it out hell im still working to find out what no shit works and what doesn't. I mean I have been trying low carb for over a year. but I find when I do carb up on a cheat day I look and feel better the next day, others may blow up like a puffer fish but it is just dialing it in and then out until you learn your bodys reaction to each thing

That's so truth. I went to a family dinner and I did my diet as usual but I added up some "bad food" and in the next day I thought I was other person in the mirror but might have been water weight

Before cutting my metabolism was pretty high , I'd 5 to 7 meals a day about 2 in 2 hours... But now my metabolism slowed because my appetite is not the same as it used to be

My person opinion... You were running a nice cutting stack test as a base, then tren and t3 and clenbuterol plus adding 1h cardio a day is perfect but I think your calories were pretty low even at 2000calories because If you do 1 hour of cardio your maintenance calorie intake increases and your deficit will be even bigger than it was and it will not give the results that you might expect ... But some people can do it and have great success, it all depends :/

You lost 100lbs in 8 months? Well that's huge!! Congratulations bro! But I think you did a mistake by doing a contest because you just lost 100lbs and restricting the calories and carbs after that huge improvement is not beneficial... But I hope you learned about that experience and how your body reacts... I am very pleased of your achievement because it ain't easy lossing that amount of fat

Its was easier because Ive been into bodybuilding for years and jist let it go I already knew what to do and how too do it just motivation was needed but its been almost 3 years now and my metabolism is still no where near where it should be and I like too stay really lean year rpund but its a struggle too maintain.

This was gradually dropped too this I would pull calories and add cardio every time I hit a plataue this was the point I had nothing left too give and was a mess thats why I said I dont agree with this method believe me I know what I did wrong it was over two years ago thats why my origanal comment was not too keep pulling depending on factor current bodyfat how long between refeeds how long has the op been dieting and how much weight has he lost how many calories below tde is he currently at .I cant say from info he gave if he should refeed yet but I know from experience there are sometimes needed
