I think I'm the only person that trains and is grossed out by eggs lol. I'll eat all that toast though

I typically eat breakfast at work, so it's something simple like overnight oats. I usually mix greek yogurt, protein powder, unsweetened cocoa, oats, a little almond milk, and some blueberries in there. Delicious.

I'm a little weird because I don't really eat breakfast food. I just eat my regular food prep meals. I do eat a bowl of oatmeal with peanut butter occasionally but it's usually in the evening when I want a break from my prepped meals.

My breakfast is a glass if 8 whole eggs. I used to cook them but its so much to eat with my cup of oatmeal. Ive found that its so much easier to drink them. Just guzzle them down lol

I go 6 egg whites with two whole eggs added in and 4 slices bacon. With my bcaa drink

PHURIOUS

Cup of egg whites, 2 whole eggs over easy, blueberry protein pancake with sugar free syrup, cup of oats with cinnamon and stevia.

i LOVE breakfast food... im not the hungriest in the morning but i space it properly... i wake up early and i have 5 egg whites with 1/2 serving of greek yogurt.. then i hit cardio for about 75 minutes then the pool for 20... shower and then completely breakfast with 1.5 servings of pure whole grain organic cereal... i mix arrowhead mills oat bran with organic raisin bran and unsweetened protein plus almond milk made by so delicious... so all this comes to about 300 calories or less... its a really great way to keep feeling full throughout the tough times of the day like 2-5 o clock...

there is nothing better in a diet than eggs... its like test being the backbone of every cycle... eggs are the backbone of any diet plan... they are ALWAYS involved and the best way to start your day... energy and feeling satiated is key, not to mention how fucking good they are and for you...

Eggs contain some of the best protein known to man. If I'm not working, a staple breakfast for me is 6 egg whites, 3 whole eggs, 1 cup of oats and 100 grams of blueberries with some cinnamon on top.
