This morning for me is two whole eggs, one cup egg whites 4 slices of whole wheat toast, and protein pancakes. Somewhat of a weekend staple breakfast
I think I'm the only person that trains and is grossed out by eggs lol. I'll eat all that toast though
3 whole eggs, 3 slices of P28 protein bread
that bread is so rare lol, I use Ezekiel so much easier to find.
