The Breakfast thread

Eggs contain some of the best protein known to man. If I'm not working, a staple breakfast for me is 6 egg whites, 3 whole eggs, 1 cup of oats and 100 grams of blueberries with some cinnamon on top.

Yumm. I'd Jazz the oatmeal up with a ton of brown sugar but that's about what id eat.

1 whole egg...5 egg whites..mushroom /onion/ cherry tomatoes and cup of spinach all sautéed into an omelet
 
2 eggs, 1 cup egg whites, 1 cup oats with blueberries. Sometimes I'll add toast but I feel too bloated most of the time
 
1 cup egg whites mixed with a medley of garden fresh bell peppers, diced onions and mushrooms, topped with 2 whole eggs sunny side up. Along side, 40 grams of oatmeal with a dash of cinnamon.
 
Scoop casien powder 1 cup oats 1 cup egg whites stevia cinnoman blend smooth stir in 1 cup blueberries fry into pancakes. Top with fat free whip cream and walden farms zero calorie syrup

If you need too up the calories add a couple tbs almond butter for some healthy fats os really good with it . im trying too lean out a litte
