Good! You could actually plan that out and see good results. Not the twizzlers but have days of higher carbs to off set the sticking and negative effects of low carb dieting. For me it's very effective not only for dropping body fat but for preserving muscles and keep hormones levels

Wake - up today 5Am, 2 scoops a minos and new white lightning(DMAA & caff mix) instead of ECA stack. ABS, Followed by 8 egg whites, 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 scoop of real food oats, water and ice with daily vitamins. I might actually have to do chest & shoulders home today , due to the really inclement weather. Wow , what a bitching storm right now!!!! Tomorrow is the half way mark with the transformation. Everyone seems to be doing well in their logs!!! Will re-post stats tomorrow with half-mark pics,, back to clearing snow!!!!! SV OUT!!!!!

Half way through this transformation ,here are some updated pics. My plan for the duration , is to continue the cut 2 more weeks and to phase in some more calories. Right now, total intake is around 2100 calories. 270-300 P / 100-130 C / 25-60 F. I don't know the BF accuracy , only did calipers which tell me @12 %?? I have blood work next week and hope to get more of an accurate reading around then. Workouts have been consistent ,and diet has been for the most part clean. Will go into more detail but these pic posting is a pain in the ass, And the pics are purposely clean because we all know and totally aware of 44s erotic notions & wandering emotions for pics of SKIMPY , TIGHTY WHITIES. Very similar to 1 w/o the Eq. I'd like to see what the tbol does,first??? I like your thinking though, asthma & tren understandable!!!Her is the two cycles that I have been thinking about.
Cycle 1- 1)test cyp for 16 weeks at 500mg/wk
2)eq for 16 weeks at 800mg/wk
3) deca durabolin for 16 weeks at 400mg/wk
4) sarmx aromasin for 16 weeks 15mg 2xs per week
5) caber for 16 weeks .25mg e3d
6) sarms- Gw, S4, rad 140
7) anadrol for 4 weeks at 25mg
8) cycle assists, tudca for 7 weeks, 2tbs of apple cider vinegar.
Cycle 2- 1) test cyp for 16 weeks at 500mg/wk
2) eq for 16 at 800mg/wk
3) tren ace for weeks 8-16 at 75-100mg eod
4) sarms-GW, S4, rad 140
5)caber for weeks 8-16 at .25mgEod
6) tbol or anadrol kick start weeks 1-4 tbol at 40mg or anadrol at 25mg
7) cycle assisst, tudca, apple cider vinegar weeks 1-16.
Only issue with the 2nd cycle is I have asthma, which is under control but don't want to have an attack from tren and it's impact on cardio! If I do try cycle two I wanted to add the tren the last 8 weeks to have eq starting to peak to help with endurance.

Looks good, I'm on a big SARMS bridge right now, I'd have to wait 4 weeks to add !!!Yes I am almost 100% on cycle 1.
