I think everyone who saw the game last night had an extra goodie or two. Glad to hear you held it down and stuck to your calorie range. For me it was hard just watching those around me stuff there faces like if it were there last day on earth lol. I didnt do too bad either. I did throw in an extra pattie in my burger though.

Yea i had my brothers over and they collectively smashed out 2 entire cases of beer when i simply held myself to 3 bottles. They were eating nachos an store bought cookies lol i just grabbed the green veggies off the party tray we bought from walmart haha. I literally ate every piece of broccoli on that tray and almost all the celery but I still had a small amount of nacho cheese and ranch. It was good enough for me. Its only day 6 of this transformation and im almost halfway through my weight goal and i have until March 1 until i actually start my 8 week cycle. So id say im ahead of schedule as far as the goals i set for myself.
 
So i just pinned my last drop of tren e for now i did 50mg tren e with 125mg test e.

Im going to drop to 150mg test e a week and 100mg deca for the next 3 weeks to prepare myself for this cycle. The main reason i ran the tren e was simply to test it for potency as ive only ever ran the acetate from titan before and it was awesome. Eating 2500 calories a day i dont think i would have dropped 10 lbs in a weeks time if i wasnt on the tren. I mean 10lbs a week is just ridiculous i really didnt expect it. I was eating entire steaks and bacon cheeseburgers but it was all real, whole foods usually all organic and low in sodium that I made at home myself.

Unless my maintenance calories are much much higher than i previously thought. Ive never really been this heavy before in my life unless you count back when I didnt train so my maintenance calories where a guestimate off of the last cycle i ran when I ate 3200 calories a day. I dont trust those maintenance calculators they cant be accurate lol

Been following yourcome back bro, 1 I have 3 tears in my rt shoulder Labrum encluded, I have done therapy, re joined my gym two months ago ...I still can't curl all the way pull downs and rows still suck and bench and shoulders including inclines are mostly done on a Smith machine!!.. trying to clb out of this depressing state.. I live in CT but it could be Mars for all that matters I have the EQ, sust tren
. Waiting in a 'MYSPOT' but need to get to that point first.. watching you come back gives me hope but still waiting for that uh haa moment.. thanks bro!
Lol thanks, I my hair means a lot to me so I appreciate it. Luckly i havent lost a bit of it yet.

Wow 3 tears in the right shoulder alone? My heart goes out to you bro and I respect the fuck out of you for staying in the gym and still trying to make things happen. I only have 1 partial tear that i have a good feeling it reattached, and I have bone spurs thoughout my shoulder joints on both sides but I dont really feel them unless im boxing which is why I had to quit that. I get a massage at least twice a month for my left shoulder and neck specifically and it really helps me relax things and keeps my inflammation down after heavy workouts. I also just set up an appointment with a chiropractor to realign my shoulders, as with a torn labrem your shoulder is surely eventually going to fall out of place and will look different than the other healthy shoulder when you flex, it will also help my stay in technique better doing pressing movements and increase my strength according to a guy i know who is a chiropractor who encouraged me to see a chiro instead of an orthopedist who usualy just give you pills and push for surgery. Eventually years down the road I may get surgery but right now if im pain free im not going to let a doctor screw that up with surgery.

I dont know how bad your condition really is but id advise you take things real slow until you know for a fact you can go hard in the gym again without making your problems worse. With a partially torn labrem i was able to isolate the rear delts and upper back and strengthen those areas and that helped my pain and recovery 100%. Dont do arm curls if they really hurt. For over 6 months i just hit back twice as hard and did bent over rows and what not to keep my biceps up and it worked out okay for the most part. If you cant do barbell rows do machine curls instead, you should be able to angle it in a way in which it wont hit your front delts and put all the pressure on the biceps, preventing pain in your labrem tendon.

That being said my doctor told me to quit lifting completely, i did for about 4 months. Even on 200mg cyp i lost muscle mass and gained fat. Told the doc to go fuck himself and ive been doing my own physical therapy since then. Good luck with those 3 tears brother take care of them you only get 1 set of tendons. Best way to recover from an injury is time. Just try to not lose too much muscle while you wait.

Ok ive been about as busy as i could be the past few days but I happened to pop into the doc's office for pre cycle bloodwork just to check my health markers before going on this cycle. I expect them to be all be 100% normal as I usually always stay within the normal ranges of pretty much everything. It will be about a week before they come back tho.

I never donate blood often enough I always procrastinate it. I normally get at least 1 check up a year right around this time. Just gotta make sure my health is moving forward not backwards lol
 
I didn't give any blood last cycle, my hema and rbc barely went up at all. Then I found out last week my ferritin is very low, a common problem for athletes I guess and an explanation why my bloods didn't go up.

Low ferritin huh, interesting as my hema or rbc doesn't rise either. Attributed this to my good nutrition, excellent hydration and grape fruit consumption. May need to get this checked just to have all bases covered.

My RBC is usually always just a tad over normal and each time the doc says not to worry about it. Hema is usually right at the top of the normal range too. I asked my doc if i should give blood to lower it and he actually said not unless i really want too.

Its good to donate if you can, you can save a child or a soldiers life. I havent got around to it in at least a year tho.
 
Alright i have to apologize for the lack of updates i havent even been on the forums for like 4-5 days (excluding helping out my fellow Titan brethren). I just got done packing all my shit from one house to another after moving out of state that has had me hella busy and stressful as can be. From here on out ill try by best to keep up with daily or at least updates a few times a week. Still not done unpacking my stuff but i got 99% of it moved and the other half still on its way.
 
Diet has been a little off track since ive been constantly driving the past few days. Ive been ordering the salads from McDonald's and dumping an 9oz can of tuna on top of it LOL. Talk about gross.
I was able to get in a back workout in yesterday. I was tired as hell but i still killed it as much as I could on little sleep and semi-crappy food.
 
Good to hear from you bro. I was wondering about updates, but hopefully all stress is over once you move everything. Has your weight fluctuated at all?

Not sure let me jump on the scale once I find it in all my boxes of crap. I have a feeling i havent changed much probably still 222-223 ish.
