SDBronco Transformation Log

So i did a mere 30 mins of steady state on the treadmill today and that's it. Tomorrow I will hit chest and rear delts and do more cardio.

This is what I had post work out.

A 10 oz Sirloin steak and 2 cups of brown rice with avacado oil and coconut oil drizzled on top. It was a treat.

I'm going to be a party popper also

Steak. 770 cal
Rice. 430 cal
1tbs avo oil. 90 cal
1tbs coco oil. 90 cal

1380 calories.... that's 70% of what you should be consuming daily

I love cottage cheese as well. Not sure I could do the fat free though. Lot of protein in this pic!
One of my favorites is fat free small curd cottage cheese with dices green onions and sliced tomatoes with some pepper.

Lol I know buen. I wanted to treat myself. In my defense weight is going down but this morning i did appear slightly less leaner than the day before altho im still the same weight. Probably water from all the sodium.
 
Sorry to be a party pooper but off your picks I would say your not 14 or 15% and your foundation doesn't look like it's ready for aas exspecially what you are running... but that's just my two cents...

Thanx for your input. I really dont know my bodyfat im just guesstimating based off what bodyfat should appear to be in pictures of what I googled on the internet. Buen recommended i get a dexa scan which i will most likely do an report back the resutls. Ive been in the 7% range before and I feel like I know what im doing. Been on TRT almost 3 years now so its not like im going to ruin my HPTA by running gear as its already fried.

I appreciate your concern tho, stay tuned for the results I think you will be pleasantly surpised to say the least [emoji6].

Personally I use calipers, cheap, quick, but not 100% accurate. Though when done in a consistent manner will be consistently inaccurate..so provides a trend in change and general ballpark. Just my 2 cents
 
Also to clear up any confusion there may have been. My cycle has not started and it will not start until i get to around 215lbs or lower. In which i estimate ill be around 12% bodyfat (still an estimate) in which ill have at least a week maybe two before i actually get there.

just trying to look out for you brother...need to keep those calories in the 2000 range to meet your goal..I'm behind you 100%

This was dinner after doing chest and rear delts today. Workout was semi okay i was able to hit chest pretty good but delts not so much they were still tore up from when I hit back a few days ago but i still feel great mentally.

8oz chicken breast, italian green beans, peppers and onions sauteed in a spoonful of olive oil with 1 cup of brown rice. I feel like my log would be boring with just workout descriptions and progress pics so there will most likely be lots of food porn.
 
Diet was decent today except the fact that I skipped my normal breakfast and had a cup of juice with a quest bar instead. I feel a little guilty for doing this. Not because of the calories but because I know I should be more disciplined to wake up early enough to cook breakfast everyday. Im gonna make up for it by making sure im perfect tomorrow and from here on out.

Im still replacing all my meals with chicken and white fish post work out and fat free yogurt for a snack excluding breakfast which is normally eggs for right now. Normally i would have had a chicken sandwhich on daves killer bread for dinner (or a burger) but the wife requested chicken and rice for dinner so chicken and rice it was.

Tomorrow will be a chicken or fish sandwhich.

Not sure what you do for a living, however I cook my eggs at work in the microwave. They make some awesome devices for cooking them in the microwave. I know sounds gross but really isnt! Everyone is always into my breakfast at work, they are pretty amazed in what I come up with lol

I wake up early as hell to go to work cause I have a long commute so if i wake up late sometimes it means I skip breakfast for a shake or a protein bar.
And wow I never would have imagined eggs in the microwave would be good lol. Ive heard of people doing it but I assumed it would be rubbery and gross but maybe im wrong. Ill have to lookup a recipe or check out your log.

I get that too but a little bit different. Everyone at work is always amazed or shocked to see my lunches. Not even because they look tasty but I get the whole "chicken and broccoli? Is that really all your eating and nothing else, where are the fries 🍟?" or "Where is the ketchup, i wish i could eat healthy" type of responses. At this point I dont even know what to say to them. They even look at me weird for walking into the office with like 4 water bottles and a shaker cup...

And technically not married exactly, more like a long time living partner. Sometimes its easier to call her my wife or "wifey" instead of my gf. She gets upset to feel like a just a girlfriend so i've gotten used to using the term wife just cause I get less crap for it. She might as well be anyway.
