Rockmfhudds 2nd SARMS cycle with additions

that's the only new thing i have added in the past 3 days, it very well could be my hydration 95% sure it is but just asking
 
ok i will make sure i up my water, although now i think about it i did add saw palmetto a coupla days ago as well that could be it too but i didn't drink my gallon completely the last 2 days
 
ok so today I weighed at the gym and I am at 218lbs that is 18 lbs in 3 weeks, im not sure how I feel about this seems like I am going the wrong way lol I haven't wanted to gain weight since I was like 20 something. my pants are still a 32/33 inch waist and my shirts are fitting tighter but wtf. last week of a bombs this week, still doing 30 to 45 minutes of cardio a day. more to come.....

If you have gained that much weight and your waist is still the same size...what does that tell you?...sounds like lean mass to me...

ya I know im not that upset just surprised im sure as this cycle goes on it will start to come down. and I don't really care how much I weigh just need some abs showing before spring or summer lol it will certainly help to get home and be able to cook my own meats and food. although my diet isn't way out of line tuna wild rice and collard greens most days for lunch, brussel sprouts broccoli grilled salmon, bananas grapefruits almonds cashews eggs steamed veggies. so not all that bad but I would feel better if I cooked it instead of microwaving most of it. lol
 
OMG I feel like absolute shit!!!! could not get up this morning no motivation in the gym. still did 30 mins on treadmill and abs today. hopefully I will be better tomorrow but I guess I can say the mk677 is here lol normally I am up at 420 every morning today I hit snooze, then reset my alarm for 520. did not want to get up.
