Yeah...haven't approached one as a big deal for 3-4 years ...just train straight through and treat them as an intense training session....if I ever get back into the shape I used to be, I may start going to bigger meets etcThat's awesome. I had a great time with it. And I'm already planning my next.
How many Meets do you do each year? Do you approach each one like its a big deal or just train hard year around and roll in to them on short notice?
Yup...me either....I am not a TRT guy either...so I try to plan cycles around meets as well....especially my dbol cyclesThat's cool. It's still new to me and I want to kill my last numbers.
And I'm not a TRT guy. I still cycle and PCT. So I'm gonna try to plan my next cycle around a Meet.
I should be about 10 weeks into a cycle at time of next meet.

Pretty smart to figure it out so quickSo this is the first cycle I have tried pharma Aromasin. ..I am on 700mg of test e a week and GW-501516 20ml ED. started taking Global Anabolics Aromasin at 12.5 MG EOD from day one...at the end of week 2 I had no libido, prostate pain, and intermittent ED....what was weird about it was that it presented as high E2 symptoms but since this Aromasin was the only change to a standard cycle, I decided to drop the Aromasin completely for a few days. ..now I am completely back to normal...This stuff crashed my e2 that quickly...it is no joke! Anyone ever had a similar experience?

Yup...had that happen several times. Dropped the dose and a week later I was fine. ..never really looked into the science of it because dropping the dose always worked for me.Nice! Dbol and Propionate did me good for this meet. But 5 weeks in i started getting some weird muscle aches. At times my pecs felt like they were gonna tear. Not while lifting, but just random times during the day. Like if I reach or stretch to grab something. Is that sort of thing normal from Dbol?
I was doing 30 mg/day for 4 weeks. Then 60mgs/day for last 8 days before meet.
LOL...yup....it's crazy though how it presented symptoms like high e2...I guess many of the symptoms between high e2 and low e2 are the same.

Just read that article. Wow, pretty hardcore! Getting dehydrated to cut then bloating after weigh-in. I think that would have negative affect on my lifts. I read where Dan Green weighted in at 220. Yeah...I have done something similar to this and it didn't really impact my lifts but never swung 20lbs....Most I ever did was 7 or 8...but now that I weigh 290...don't bother with cutting and bloating....I have to compete in full full and open...so I am screwed. ...might as well keep bulking lolJust read that article. Sorry...somehow link got messed up...So...box squats...been doing them for 2 years and it may be all in my head but I think they have dramatically improved my squat total...who uses them, what kind of results did you achieve?
