Quick update on week 2 on The Cube System.
Last night was squat rep day. Looked like a joke on paper.
I left the gym devastated! The volume killed me.
 
I'll keep you updated and I'm just starting. But, I mean it was a total grind.
But the routine allows you to modify different accessory movements. And it's all % based which makes it kinda a pain.
I left the gym last night looking for a couch and pillow!
Haha.
 
Here is what killed me:

WU & foam roll
Squat: 315x8
Front squat 50 reps any way: 135x 15,20,15
Lunges w/ 35lb DBs. 2x20
Box jumps 15
Bent rows and good mornings super sets 3 x 10x 135
Crunch machine: 3 x 15
Treadmill 10 min.

Definitely 605 is in a very high class of lifting. No matter how much you weigh.
Thanks much...tell ya what though....Some of these 300 lb PLs are rocking way more than that. ...not sure I could ever compete at that level without juicing my brains out and not sure ROI is there...but thanks appreciate it
 
Thanks Bro! What's your goal for a Total in March Meet ? And how much higher is that from your last Meet ?
