am I the only one that is never hungry right after lifting and have a full stomach feeling and have to force food down but an hour and a half post workout I feel like I could eat a menu of food?

Yep. Totally normal. I try to drink my shake and then eat my meal as soon as my appetite returns. Can't eat crap right after a workout, gotta choke it down with water if I do.

Pizza night at planet fitness?! Yep, that's my gym day.

No it happens to me too. When that happens I do this.
Pull out the food processor/blender put in half a cup 1% cottage cheese, 1 scoop protein powder and 1- 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk and mix.

You get quick and slow digesting protein and very low carb.
If you need more fat or carb you can add olive oil and oats for carbs.

I ate a little Debbie once....(no sweets)

hmmm very interesting I see what you did there. im thinking back to see if I remember a Debbie im sure she wasn't little I was a fuckin hawg chaser back in the day. but as of now I cant remember any Debbie's lol

It depends. I'm typically not hungry right after a workout, but by the time I drive home, unload my stuff from work, etc. I'm ready to put down some food.

It can be perfectly normal. I just do a protein shake post workout myself, then eat an actual meal about an hour or two later. That's my normal daily protocol

Usually by the time I make it home I'm starving. Tripping that so many of you guys aren't but I workout in the morning before I eat anything.

Have you considered Greek yogurt rather than cottage cheese? I love cottage cheese, but really, Greek yogurt is the way to go in shakes. I like 4oz pasturized egg whites in mine too. Almond milk 4oz as well. That holds me till my appetite returns. An hour later I punish a low fat meal.
