Hey all!

Just discovered the forum from Mr. Gemelli's youtube channel (awesome btw). I'm a newbie when it comes to aas, so looking for advice and learning as much as I can, thus the reason for joining. I am a nutritionist-dietitian by profesion and have been a PT for some years now, been weight training since 16 y/o (Currently 27). I'm interested in incorporationg aas into my training some time soon so any help would be great.

My current fatboy stats are the following:

Weight: 180 lbs.
Cardio: 3 times x week (20-30 min. MISS)
Body fat: estimated 20-25% (Time to cut down I know... lol)
Height: 5'6.5"
Diet: Currently consuming around 3,500-4,000 cals estimated, 180-200g protein, (I enjoy eating clean but basicly been following macros for years so have a good eye for portions and macroestimating, so from time to time I do allow some flexibility)
Experience: ECA stack, basiclly NATURAL.

Last cut I went down to 148 lbs at around an estimated 10-8% body fat, consuming around 1,300 calories at the end of cut, slowly tapering down macros and raising cardio during 6 months, yes you read right 6 months lol. Since then, ive been slowly bulking up for a past year now and am ready to get weight back down again, preserving mass as best as possible and eventually start introducing aas when the time is right.

Like I mentioned above, any advice would be great on what route to take before jumping on board.

Thanks!

You got some wicked triceps.. What's the secret!? Hehe

No secret bro! Ok genetics and HEAVY SETS! I love me some skull crushers, overhead presses and close grip bench presses. Tell you the truth I stopped training arms about a year ago, I noticed that i'm arm dominate, so lately have been focusing on just the big movements and using straps to take out some of the arm activation in each movement. Figured they maintain with just working them indirectly. So far so good, once in a while i'll throw something in. Did I say heavy?! Lol

welcome to adrenaline rush bro... its great to have you here... you definitely had an impressive physique in the past so there's no reason you cannot obtain that again... its imperative to significantly drop your body fat before you even consider steroid use... you need to be below 15% to even think about it but you can definitely achieve this with the right work ethic... what i would highly recommend is starting with a sarms stack to help get your body dropping rapidly and still building lean muscle in the process... if your not familiar with sarms, you can read my articles on them at www.pureessencesarms.com Here is the stack that I would recommend to start with...

1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
9-12 daa

Mini pct 13-16

clomid 50/25/25/25
gw-501516 20 mg day

Welcome to Adtenaline Rush brother! You are in the right place to get some awesome help and information. You have a very good base to you, and looked incredible when you were cut down. I'm sure you'd love to be there again, but obviously you have gained a lot of fat since then. You know what to do diet wise as you've proven, and to enhance that I would go with the sarms super stack like Dylan suggested. That is the most ideal thing for you for your goals

1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

PCT

clomid 50/25/25/25
gw-501516 20 mg day

Awesome, thanks for the support guys, and yes getting back into shape is the idea at this moment. I have been at this weight for the past month now, not gaining any more significant mass per say, so any more gains will most likely result in just more fat gain so it's time for a change.

Wanted to know if there were any specials going on for the suggested stack and any forum member discounts?

After basic calculations dropping around 2 lbs. per week for 12 weeks, same time as cycle duration, I estimate being able to reach the preposed 15% BF. During this process of cutting using the sarms super stack how much mass could be put on while cutting, besides preserving actual lean mass and of this amount how much will be retained after pct has been completed? I know nutrition and training are a big part of retaining gains but if those two factors are in check, could one posible keep most gains in the long term? Also read on the site that a AI and test booster are recommended, do you guys recommend them for this cycle, or are they optional?

Thanks!

It's very possible to put on anywhere from 3-7 lbs of lean mass while dropping body fat on a sarms super stack. That is a pretty good normal range for results. Of course everyone is different. It is a perfect stack for recomposition, and it's not abnormal for people to drop 7 or 8 lbs of fat and stay the same weight replacing that with muscle. Of course diet and training have the biggest impact here.

It's always good to have an AI on hand, but is not required for this sarms stack. The test booster is also not required. Just run the cycle and protocol like posted earlier and you will be all set!
