new to this.. can I take 4 sarms?

hi there,

I hope I am posting in the right place. im very new but excited to be here.

I just want to know if I can take 4 sarms at once or is this too much? everyone talks about 2, or 3 together but not 4? the videos talk about triple stacks etc .

Im female, have gone through menopause, 5'10, 160p, 15% BF. Maybe Dylan you could do a menopause video? or a masters video?

I started GW and SR a week ago, Mk this week. Just wondering if I also should be doing S4? im trying to gain muscle and lose a couple of pounds. I train daily.

Also how can you tell if you have been sold a dud? I mean all sites claim its 100% pure etc but is there really any way . I cant believe how disgusting some of this stuff actually tastes lol

oh and with GW having to be taken 30 min before a workout..is that the timeframe before its meant to kick in for endurance etc? Like does it matter that much if you took it but then dont train for 60 minutes for example? just trying to understand.

you can absolutely add s4 here... you dont have to take gw before your workout either... some people feel it helps them that way but i assure you that it is not required... i recommend cycles with 4 and 5 sarms DAILY, you just have to stick around here and learn
 
Absolutely. Basically what you propose to run is the triple stack with sr9009 added in, which is a perfect stack for females and I think you'll lov the results it will bring. This is how that stack would look as far as dosing, etc...in case you need it

1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 12.5mg per day the first two weeks, then 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 SR-9009 30mg per day (5mg dosed 6 times every 2-3 hours)
