Hey all!
I'm new to all this so if I sound uneducated when it comes to sarms it's because I am. I officially started the sarms triple stack two days ago making this my third day. The only thing I'm noticing so far is vascularity but I assume I won't really "notice" much until week two. Love the taste! :lol: just kidding. Any tips in anyway are helpful?
Right now for workouts I lift hard upper body 2 days a week cardio or kick boxing 2 days a week lower body 2 days a week and one rest day. I'm eating the basics, grilled chicken, fish, steak, veggies, fruit, and very minimal sugars.
Any thoughts?

Welcome to Adrenaline Rush!! We are glad to have you as part of the family.

As for your triple stack, yes results really start coming a couple weeks in. Recommendations are going to be based on what your personal goals are, which you didn't specify. If you are looking to cut, then a deficit with cardio is what you want. For adding muscle mass you'll need to eat big and lift big. It really depends on what you're trying to do here
 
I should have mentioned my goals lol. I am really trying to lean out and get very defined muscle but at the same time I'd like to build some solid muscle. Basically is like to have my cake and eat it too. And what do you mean by a deficit of cardio? Thanks for the quick reply!
 
Sorry but can we start posting threads in the right sections? I don't even see half of these because they are in some random forum. Intro threads belong in the Intro forum
 
Sorry that's my fault. I wasn't sure where to post or how to post really I just saw a link to sarms and assumed that's where I needed to be sense that's what I'm cycling. I will go look for the intro thread and post there.

I'm excited to see how I'm feeling in a few weeks. i have "win" as well but I haven't started that yet as Dylan suggested running the sarms first. I'm wondering if it makes sense to maybe stack the win half way through the sarms cycle or if I just wait till after.
Hey anyone have tips for snacks? I crave donuts like crazy lol but those won't help me reach my goals ha!

LOLLL well you definitely need a better choice in snacks my friend... my snacks are generally an orange, mango or something like that... also i like the nature valley crunch bars now and then... greek yogurt PLAIN and fat free is another snack or a protein shake etc... i think your choice in snack is further than the furthest part of the opposite spectrum brother... you definitely need to hold off the winstrol for now... run the sarms stack FIRST, start working your way to way you need to be and then use it...

Would it be more beneficial as a beginner to start off with Ostarine or would I be able to go with LGD? I have never done anything but I have been reading everything there is to know about sarms and I want to give them a try.

Well like I said I crave them I don't however eat them lol. I do eat quest bars from time to time but mostly protein shakes and fruit. Cereal is a go to from time to time as well.
As far as the winny goes I figured you'd say that which is the plan. I'm a pretty patient dude. Like to do things right the first time so no worries there.

i have most beginners start with the sarms triple stack... running one alone is fine and you will get results but its not like steroids where you have to ease into anything of the sorts... not even close and you will find they all compliment each other so well that you get the most well rounded and drastic results in a stack... you are completely fine to start with lgd as well...

drop the quest bars and try ansi gourmet cheesecake bars.. they are the very best for you that you can find in terms of protein bars... make sure your cereal is a healthy one... try ezekiel cinnamon and raisin cereal and use unsweetened almond, coconut or cashew milk...
